So I’ve had over 27 knee surgeries and replacements… I have only 90 degree range motion in both. And have a hard time finding that muscle connection to my Glutes, or find exercise for my Glutes… really would love some help!

Those rice cubes are genius, I like to cut up raw salmon from the grocery store (AH) & torch it with those butane gas torches, I've never gotten sick this way, but I always do a smell test to make sure it doesn't smell fishy. Top it with avocado & you have the best healthy fats of the day
Not throwing hate but she could have just worn a crop top the shirt bunched up like that just seems like it would be awkward to keep up. But I get it’s for the videos purpose and she looks great obviously so keep doin you soph 🤷🏻♀️

All that fussing with the shaped rice balls and spreading the tuna mix on so accurately -- why not just mix it all in a bowl and enjoy the yumminess, it all ends up in the stomach anyhow and tastes just as good! I'm all for simple, nothing fussy

She has a great physique but as a older woman now looking at the focus on her body (posing even when supposedly chatting normally) is absolutely madness and she will also notice sooner or later that this is a crazy phase where all of life is about every inch of your body and at some point in life you realise that aint what its all about
@@judyannkiwi It does make sense, when your around High Individual people they won’t hate on you because what is their to hate on when they can do the same thing with you and build together. When your around low individual people they will likely tell you whatever your dream is or what your chasing for is impossible and that you have to be really lucky to get it when in reality its changing your mindset and the people who you’re around and how much drive you have to GET to that milestone in your life.
I am working in a big multi national organisation, I have often seen that many high ranking officials making fun of their staff, hate them for how they are, from where they are.
I think she explained in another video why she doesn’t put macros…something along the lines of she didn’t want to promote that kind of mentality, could be wrong but I swear I remember watching a vid where she said that
You work hard on your posture, even when cooking. This is not normal. No one, even when cooking, will tighten their body like this, and you have a wonderful body, even close to perfect you do not need to exaggerating your postures.
