This week's checkpoint is Ho-Oh and Suicune!
Suicune can be confusing so i recommend you catch that 1st.
1. go back to lavendar town and follow pier south all the way to the very end and the follow the path left and then south again until you see the wind turbines. This is the final spot you will see suicuine. Then fly back to curulean city and go back to the hill where misty was on her date. Suicune will now be here. do not waste the master ball
2. if you did not see suicuine then it means you missed a suicuine checkpoint in Johto but that ok because we are going back to johto now.
3. fly back to saffron city and take the train back to Johto
4. HG players go to whirl island to catch Lugia and SS players go to bell tower in Ekruteak city to catch Ho-oh
5. if suicune was not by the wind turbines in kanto then you missed a location in Johto so you need to look up a guide on all of the suicune checkpoints and return to kanto to catch it (if you want to catch it)
Now is the dilema of the masterball. ho-oh and lugia are the same level as mewtwo and most of our team at this point will still be level 45-55 so it may be a tough battle. in the lore the master ball was created for mewtwo but considering we wont catch mewtwo until the end of the game when our team will be higher level I think it is acceptable to use master ball here. i will save mine for mewtwo though.
Henry before you return to Johto just make sure you have the rainbow feather in your bag under the key item tab and you really need to have ho-oh on your team trust me it is essential for later in the game.
Dang this week is action packed lol
Finished the checkpoint. Surprisingly Suicune gave me more trouble - about 30 ultra balls. Lugia was less than 5 balls.
Suicune didn't make my team, I'm sticking with the shiny Gyarados as my water type.
I'm on gen 2 where Suicune is roaming so I can't catch it like you guys.
Eric had me laughing for a minute with that horsea nose mouth thing 🤣

From what I understand certain AI programs are actually able to detect AI art with 99% accuracy which is how people found out.

I like 45-60 min length but you should do a longer podcast if youtube pushes that because obviously i am the minority considering it was your most viewed episode and I will still watch a longer podcast episode
45 is too short. at this point we’re just recording, However long it is. I will start time stamping so people can jump to whatever they want.
XY were the last games where I really deep dived and did pretty much everything there is to do in the post game.
I rank them below all of the 2D games, but above Sun & Moon and SwSh.
S&V is the best 3D game IMO.
What game should we play next ?
@@HenrysPokeCorner I'm down to follow Eric's plan and play in order with the gen 3 remakes being next.
They're far from my favourite games but I think playing through the series in order is a good idea.

Not liking treeko is crazy as hell! You need to go watch pokemon advance the series treeko was so cool and his evolutions. They remind me of shikamaru from naruto.

Why do you guys and so many other people hate CGC so much? Is it because they upgraded all of those 9.5s to 10s?
I don’t like CGC where as Eric does. CGC isn’t liquid on the market place or at card shows. Most card shows won’t even touch CGC slabs. I don’t like the labels and it doesn’t have the credit like PSA and Beckett
