Don’t worry brother I can relate! I was over 100kg and felt really bad for a long time, I even suspended my gym membership because I wasn’t going ever. But eventually you need to just stop making excuses and get moving! Trust me the feeling on the other side once it becomes a good habit is amazing! Getting started is the hardest part, but just push to do something everyday (walk, jog, weightlifting, HIIT or other TH-cam workout) and eventually you will see the results! You got this! 💪

I made the same 10 years ago as well, lost 30kg in 1 year ... but could not hold it longer then a couple years. I got married, made 2 kids and were back at over 100kg. Now I'm at the point and will start it again like you did!!

Way to get on that why you're still young. I blew up to 255ibs from 195 at 48 and stayed that way for over a year. I lost it but when you're older the skin doesn't rebound well at all. Now I have extra skin under my neck and gut. The biggest drawback was I did so much damage to my joints and soft tissue being heavy at an older age. It's never too late but being overweight after 47 or 50 is a big no no. Keep it going.

None really, I had a bit of loose skin in some areas due to the weight loss, but most of it has firmed up now. Otherwise it’s all been positive (from high to normal blood pressure, resting heart rate, better sleep, never get tired climbing stairs) all good things!
My key three points from this video! 1 - Fitness: try to do some activity every day (walking, jogging, weights, HIIT) and keep track of your workout so you always can see you progression 2 - Diet: It’s all about one thing, Calories in, calories out. If you want to lose weight the only was to do it is to be in what’s called a calorie deficit. You can find out how many calories you should be eating daily using a website like tdeecalculator.net 3 - Consistency - No excuses! Just commit to try and do some fitness and be aware of what you eat. Are you really so lazy you can’t go for a 30 minute walk? Do you really need to eat McDonalds for dinner for the second time this week? It’s making different decision that over time will make you healthier. And most importantly NEVER give up! You got this bro! 💪 can’t wait to hear about your progress!
Thanks! Yeah it’s all about those three things! But honestly diet is probably the most important/challenging for me. The best thing I would recommend is to really just become more aware of what you’re eating. If I ever have a big dinner out the night before I just make up for it the next day by eating super light and healthy. It’s a balance really. But if you lift weights, then definitely focus on getting that protein! The rest falls into place if you do. Keep it up! 💪

Frankie look into trying an air bike, such as an Airdyne/Assault Bike/Rogue bike. Easy on the joints, great for HIIT, and it torches calories.
