    People having questions about how skin got fairer.
    When you eat right and do workout there is a process called Autophagy cell renewal takes place which makes you look younger. Another reason is L Glutathione levels which is reponsible for complexion of overall skin not just face, it makes you fair.

      Yup this is true my elder sis started eating good and exercise and she is glowing. Apple cider vinegar really helps you know. Where as I know people skinnier than her who eat junk and have a lot of issues with the skin

      I used to weight 63 and I won't deny naturally I have fair n have glowing skin . But within one n half month weight loss journey I lost 5 kg and my skin tone also enhances. Our skin texture depends so much on our diet.

    I was 122 kgs and I came to 71 kgs at 7 kms daily slow walk and no aggressive gym type tread milling cardio and skipping dinner and no drinking water. 6 months it took to reduce 53 kilos. I still continue this. You dont have to pay to lose weight. Know this. No gym no trainer. It's all marketing talks. You become trainer for yourself. No aggression. Smart simple walking cardio in park or on roadside pavements 3.5 km morning and 3.5 km before sunset. Dont think about weight loss. You just lose it over time Eat what you like with reduced quantities. With planned customized diet you may still get heart attacks. So just do what you like to eat and walk. Stay calm and composed. Emotional intelligence must for weight loss.

    Transformation is very easy friends, all you have to do is to cut down your heavy and poisonous diet to quantified and nutritious one. The hard part is sustaining that habit for a long term . I have transformed my body by losing 15 kg about 3 times till now but because various circumstances and depressive stages I bounced back to the weight that I had lost. The best example in this case is Mr. Ambani. Don't be too harsh on yourself, enjoy outside food but in limitation. You don't have to enroll for acting classes, your body just need to feel fit. That's it.

Incase you can't or you don't want to then just research , everything is available on Google. But I assure you diet isn't going to do anything as you will feel like giving up after sometime hence first make a plan about how you are going to achieve your target.

      You will never have loose skin if you do highly repititive exercises not high intensity or load...
