- I decided to vlog random recovery moments explaining what my mindset is, how I got there and where I'm at personally. I talk about eating when nobody else is around, areas where I struggle, my recovery anniversary, how to understand when something is disordered/restrictive, and more!

How far are u in recovery?
Did ur hair or nails get stronger when u recovered?
How long does it take to get ur digestion back to normal?😭
Did ur skin get better?
I was wondering if you could make a video where you're talking about getting back to normal life after recovery. It doesn't have to mean that you're recovered, but for example: I am in recovery for almost 3 years now and I started to live quite normal again. I eat everything, I have overcomed all of my fear foods, but sometimes I still catch myself in trying to restrict or I still get disordered thoughts...and sometimes it can be so hard to not act on them. Do you maybe have some advice, it would mean a lot♥️
