    I threw out my food scale and normal scale when I moved out over a month ago. It’s been almost three months since I’ve used one at home!

    I love milk and would definitely have that much milk with that amount of cereal. I don't know how people eat it when just a tiny amount at the bottom! But just goes to show why portions are rubbish because we all like\want different amounts.

    The salad part was a bit excruciating as I could feel your discomfort. I think a different meal option might have been better. I used to volume eat salad during my restrictive days, and I wonder if any other people did.

    omg this is such a good idea!! you should do a video on tips for finding a therapist you enjoy + trust. it's such a burden for me rn and i feel like i'm really struggling with finding someone i vibe with. idk i feel like you would have good advice haha

    I find this so interesting because the portion sizes in Canada are waaayyy smaller than what yours are. For example one portion of sweet corn would be 1/4 of the tin. For cereal it would be half of one of your full portions! You put four times the amount of mayo on your salad to one of ours. Crazy!

      Keep in mind she is doing 2x portion size..that bowl of cereal is two portions, and sizes of cans can vary alot so maybe the can you use is larger etc

      Yeah what I’m saying is, in Canada our serving sizes are much smaller. So double the portion size here would still equate to ONE portion size there. In other words, you’re “allowed” to eat more (portion wise) in England. Make sense?

      @@sarahlauren2989 how many grams of cereal is a portion in canada? In NL it depends on the type of cereal but I just had look online on one of the supermarkets website for the info and for Cornflakes the portion size is 30 grams

      Also, portion amounts don’t change depending on how big a container is 😂

      The serving sizes vary with cereals. I compared two cereals. Honey Nut Cheerios were 29g/p but the more nutrient dense cereal (Mesa Sunrise) was 45g/p.
      For canned corn our ss is 1/2 cup so 100g. What about your corn? This is fun hahah 🤓
