    Every Doctor or Expert in their field of Study all contradict each other. Dr. Li, says to eat tomatoes but Dr. Grundy tells people not to eat tomatoes as they contain harmful lectins. Dr. Berg says tomatoes are high in carbs and should be avoided. No wonder there's a high obesity rate. People are sick of all the contradictions by these experts and give up.
    I just wish these Doctors would get together and figure out what is truly good for people to eat!!

      ANd this is also the truth for medication and vaccinations.There are experts on both sides saying to take or not to take it. But the government and media will tell you to "trust the experts" while promoting the experts that are beneficial to them, and censoring the experts that are not. If we can't even figure food out, think how clueless we are on long-term effects of medicines and vaccines when we don't do long-term testing on them.

    My grandma lived to be 101. Her son, my dad, died at 72 on her 100th birthday party. He didn’t come to her party so she knew that he was dead. Nobody told her & she knew better to ask. She slowly stopped eating because he called her daily and it broke her heart that her son died before her. She died out of Choice at 101.

    • @TruthSeekerWarrior
      @TruthSeekerWarrior 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @d.martinez-rodriguez333 Actually, what he @nilaypatel6770 wrote is Biblical...lol. In addition to what he wrote, keeping the 10 commandments (all 10 of them!) forgiveness, walking in obedience, & following God's health laws & precepts.

    • @TruthSeekerWarrior
      @TruthSeekerWarrior 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @d.martinez-rodriguez333 Well, I'm not sure what Bible you're reading, but let's look at his 1st suggestion; eating vegetarian Adam & Eve lived in a garden & were vegan vegetarian They did not eat meat. In the book of Revelation, it says that we will eat from 1 tree w 12 fruits. 2nd suggestion is fasting. Jesus, Esther, & Daniel fasted. Whether you fast for spiritual reasons or health reasons, you will only benefit from it. 3rd Strong family bonds 5th commandment says to honor your father & mother & to love thy neighbor. 4th exercise Jesus walked about 20 miles a day. The book of Exodus is an excellent example health laws & precepts. When the Israelites left Egypt & wandered in the desert for 40 years it says that none of them got sick. They ate manna, drank fresh water, got plenty of sunshine, & walked everywhere they went. Remember when the Israelites wanted to eat the Egyptian diet again, quail God punished them & they died while eating the quail. Also, the book of Daniel also supports vegetarian lifestyle. Remember they did not want to eat the meat from the kings table & asked the guard to let them eat their vegetarian diet & in 10days they were stronger & had a healthy countenance than the other slaves. So I hope this helps you!! Oh BTW in Deuteronomy 7:11-15 states 11 Therefore, take care to follow the commands, decrees and laws I give you today.
      12 If you pay attention to these laws and are careful to follow them, then the Lord your God will keep his covenant of love with you, as he swore to your ancestors. 13 He will love you and bless you and increase your numbers. He will bless the fruit of your womb, the crops of your land-your grain, new wine and olive oil-the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you. 14 You will be blessed more than any other people; none of your men or women will be childless, nor will any of your livestock be without young. 15 The Lord will keep you FREE from every disease. He will not inflict on you the horrible diseases you knew in Egypt, but he will inflict them on all who hate

      Hi. Caffeine, theobromine and theophylline are methylxanthines. They are in tea, coffee and chocolate in varying proportions, but each has a subtly different mode of action in our bodies. However, as far as I can determine, caffeine, regardless of its source, acts the same way in each food stuff, depending on concentration, obviously.

    I enjoy Dr Lee, I watch his show daily... My mother was preparing Mediterranean dishes on a daily basis! And today, I am a mature person and God.bless me, I have no disorders.... I have a beautiful complexion my hair is still lustrous and abundant... my teeth are still intact and above-all my memory is incredible! I am past 70s' I eat roasted Red peppers drizzled with olive oil , garlic , and salt & pepper , parsley- on a daily basis.... I toast my crusty bread and, butter it lightly and then, Sandwich the Roasted red peppers with some of its juices.... Oh Lala. so delicious! What I ought do is go on You Tube and show the people how I prepare my red peppers who are interested in staying young as long as possible! Believe me this is the truth! Heat your oven to broiling wash your red peppers and leave them wet and let them stay 10 minutes under the broiler... then turn them another 10 minutes.... then shut off the oven and eave the peppers in the oven for another 30 minutes. Then take them out and cover loosely with foil for at least 30 minutes.... then in a clean plate one at the time remove the stem along with the seeds and capture the juices... peel the skin. off and add a little salt and pepper some garlic and , drizzle olive oil and some chopped parsley or fresh basil... Refrigerate for 30 minutes.... and then serve them on a buttered toast! Oh Lala. whenever I eat this delicious vegetable I feel so good! Try it!

    Very good video about some good effects of "snacks" on cancer. But if you didn't have a pen handy, or very little time available here is a quick list:
    1) at 2:24 - Pumpkin, and seeds and others
    2) at 6:15 - Soy, with a variety of different ways to consume it
    3) at 9:32 - Tomatoes of course, with an interesting variety of methods
    4) at 12:29 - Apples - Good discussion
    5) at 15:56 - Green Tea and Macha, also very interesting variety of ways to consume it.
    PLUS - I would recommend you save the address and re-watch it to discover ways to consume all these "snacks" in ways, that I had never thought before, especially if you are a person (like me) with cancer..

Coffee with cardamon, anise, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, cayenne peppers, olive and guava leaves, almond milk and honey are my morning cup of herbs and spices. Then the juicing... guava, hibiscus, apple, cucumbers, grapes, cayenne peppers and cabbage with spirulina and chlorella. The peppers with ginger really open up those arteries. Yogurt is another snack food.

    Well, the problem with a lot of these things is pesticides and GMO's. I am allergic to soy and pumpkin so those two are out. I cannot deal with the caffeine so green tea is out. I can do apples, but they are loaded with pesticides and organic is too expensive or totally lacking in our area. I can find organic apple sauce so that is an option. I love tomatoes and we grow them so I get plenty of them especially in the summer. I make my own tomato sauce and freeze it. I also make vegetable soup so those two are a way of getting tomatoes during the winter.

    Definitely..avoid soy at all costs. I became allergic or reactive to soy that usually increases cancer risk..not diminish it . Had we been born into a sixty that had adapted to soy for many many generations..it might be different but most people raised where soy was not a standard food. Question that..? Ask your doctor for allergy tests and gut reactions tests….

    EVERY persons metabolism is unique and the Genes and Blood Type has a lot to do with how each person processes specific foods. Trial and error helps when you are in touch with your body and can feel what works...ie, = no disbiosis, no cortisol spikes, regular bowel movements etc...Pay attention and the body tells you what healthy foods to avoid. Then there is the all important factor of your belief system and stress levels. Cells listen to your thoughts and vibrate accordingly = Epigenetics. Bruce Lipton!

      It may be problematic because you're possibly Th2 dominant. Th1 and Th2 describe how our immune system interacts with our microniome, affecting how we react to food and other body systems.

    Soy? Nope. Soy inhibits the thyroid and is not good. One doctor told me that no one should go near soy.

    • @vitazenhealth
      @vitazenhealth  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      While some concerns about thyroid health have been raised, extensive research indicates that soy is safe for most people when consumed in moderation. Always consult with a healthcare provider to understand what is best for your individual health needs

      Exactly … not watching this channel … soy is filthy and so bad for you

    • @Photologistic
      @Photologistic 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Just because it is “safe to consume” doesn’t mean you should eat it. Soy is ESTROGENIC, so if you are a male, you may wish to avoid it. We have plenty of estrogen, men generally would want testosterone NOT to be converted to estrogen. There is some truth to the old saying, “soy boy”. Turns out, people had a vastly BETTER understanding of food in the 1800’s than we do now, because there weren’t so many additives, factory or junk foods, etc. In the 1800’s everyone understood that carbs (bread, beer, corn, grain, potatoes, rice, sugar) were “fattening” and meat and vegetables were healthy and necessary. We were sold a huge lie in the 70’s low fat diet, food pyramid, Ancel Keys and George McGovern (look those two up on TH-cam) did a number on us at the behest of big agriculture. Scientists were told (my McGovern) that “we don’t have time for science” similarly to some recent approaches to public health scares. Science needs time and open discussion.

    Shouldn't all doctors be warning us about the toxic substance being added to fruit & vegetables as well as organic and meat that cannot be washed off. Also being injected into meat I've been looking but it's quiet out there even if it's been going on for over 9 months. Inform us about this please
