Got my first in game dunk yesterday, funny thing is I wasn't serious with any of the workouts, I just casually worked on falling through my shin 3 to 5 mins 3 or 4 times per week and I dunked in 3 weeks. Imagine what will happen when I actually start taking this seriously

I have been low rim dunking for a while now and it is only on 9.75 and I guarantee that I could do the same flashy dunks on a 10 foot hoop but I think too much and I can’t

Wanted to keep it simple with no equipment needed. Yes we will do low rim dunk sessions as a warmup too.

Perform each “until disinterested” and 3-5 days per week depending on how hard you go per workout. Listen to your body. If you feel good keep going.
With the online programs do they require equipment?
Equipment is not necessary as we have bodyweight options.
