My skin was flawless before pregnancy, went full blown acne when I got pregnant (acne, psoriasis flare up, cyst everywhere), and now is much better but not flawless like it used to be but im so scared to use things that “most likely” are safe while breastfeeding or “limited quantities”…. Could you do a list of very safe items even if its a small list?
Some sources recommend avoiding certain sunscreen ingredients during pregnancy, like oxybenzone, avobenzone, ensulizole, octisalate, homosalate, octocrylene, and octinoxate. Are those okay during breastfeeding? One sunscreen that I had a really good experience with has some of these ingredients, so I am waiting until my baby is a year old to use them.
I have same symptoms on my face after I gave birth and with my scalp and I have to wash my hair more often what did you do? I currently I’m breastfeeding as well.

What about hydrocortisone while im using tretinoin and has redness and burning in cheeks. Can i use Hydrocortisone 1% to rid of this effect? Only for week or two
