I just ordered a pair of headphones from Tony Eisenhower so yes, he is still he is still making them. They were AU $265 Or US$185 which included international postage to South Australia

As of July 2021, Tony Eisenhower still makes headphones. I ordered a pair and they are way way better than the Minelab waterproof headphones. Just so folks know.
