- Would you dig these questionable targets on this permission? Hey guys I'm back at digging iffy targets but this time I dusted off the Minelab Equinox 800 with the 10x5 Coiltek coil. I truly believe there is something magical about this combo. I found some pretty cool stuff from digging these strange signals. It may make you want to dig some of these signals when you come across them. Doing videos like this one has changed my perspective on digging junk targets. How about you?

Yes, your videos have been helping change my outlook on digging junk/questionable targets. Also, I got the 10x5 a couple months ago and haven't put the 11 back on yet. You know I was almost going to return the coiltek because of the skidplate issue but I'm really glad I didn't. I just used string and got going with it, and now have it zip tied. It's been great in the trash and iron and my good finds have definitely increased. Thanks for getting the nox back out...and with that coil.
I'm glad you didn't get rid of it, you can probably reach to them and have them send you a new cover and you should be good.
I grew up calling that can opener a ‘church key.’ Good proof to consider digging more of those iffy signals.

somer times you just have to dig everything, it always surprises me when I try to think I have the signals figured out. The Equinox 800 with the 5x10 Coiltek combination is one of the best setups in the metal detecting world today, if you have an equinox 800 go find the coiltek coil and purchase one you will not be disappointed!!!

Been looking an 800 myself as a crossover unit for relic and nugget hunting. I only have a Monster 1000 that I got for checking my tailings piles but thinking about expanding my selection. ✌️😎

Im using the little Minelab 6" and its doing very well. Cant wait for the manticore.

I purchased the 10X5 almost a year ago on the recommendation of a friend. I have not regretted it one bit. I've found more with it and often in ground I've already covered. Just like in this video I've been able to isolate good targets right next to garbage. I was able to triple my silver coin findings this year and precious jewelry finds are through the roof.

I love that coil as well. Been using it for over a year now. Unless I'm on the beach, I pretty much hunt in Park 2 all the time. Biggest difference is that I usually have my Iron Bias set between 2-4 and Max sensitivity. I've had some great success on deep silver as well using the 4k mode again at Max Sensitivity. Give it a try sometime. Cheers!

You must have heard me thinking! I run a 10x5 coiltek on my nox and Im walking away from a lot of iffy targets.
Go back and dig some of them :-)
@@MentalMetal I definitely will be doing that. I’ve been hunting a local park recently and Its yielded some great finds. I hear the ground is more conducive after the rain and it just rained for the first time in months up here. Excited to get back out.

Wonder if Coiltek has fixed the loose fitting coil cover problem? Was thinking about buying one.
They cover them under warranty so if you do get a loose cover just have them send you another one. Its a great little coil.
Nice.....more productive than walking 6 miles, looking for mushrooms and finding a penny...

I dig almost everything, but I also search old dumps most of the time where there is plenty of trash and treasure. New channel check it out!

Just curious have you tried 50 tone at all
I have but for this site I wanted to limit the sounds a bit. I'm not a huge fan of running 50.
What pinpointer are you using?
A very used MI6 but it still works after several years of abuse. I love it.
