Thank government. Until people realize government causes the endless devaluing of money, nothing will change. Things that we value (real estate, groceries, Mustangs) are going to become more out of reach.
I bought a 24 gt premium off the lot and I totaled it because a stop sign was covered by branches… cant stop thinking about the car now lmao so easy to love that thing
Purchased mine in May. It is a new 2024 Vapor Blue GT premium with the active exhaust, upgraded Brembo package, 401A interior package and it’s an automatic. The MSRP was $55k+. I was able to get it for $48k+. Tax, registration and fees were another $4,300. So far, I’m very happy with the car. Great video 👍👍👍

I got in beginning of the year. 2024 GT convertible premium and active exhaust. İt was 60.000 msrp. They deal for 55K i remember but with tax and everything it was around 60k. But loan 83k. Crazy
Sold my 2006 Mustang with 101,000 miles on it, still great shape as it was my fair weather car. Plan was to get a 2024. I can’t say inventory was great if you wanted a manual transmission and the Dark Horse was very limited. Pricing was not good at all, 5% off a GT and zero or MSRP on the DH, not enough to get me there. I did drive them and was impressed, as great improvement over my 2006. I ended up going C8 Corvette because it was less money than the DH and way more car. In fact a base C8 1LT Vette can be had for near the same cost as a GT Premium depending on equipment and options.
Yea I mean it depends which Mustang you're referring to a base $45k GT has little competitors (and will drive the worst, most people in the States don't value driving just straight line specs) but $60k+ Mustangs will start competing with Supras and BMWs granted those are turbos that don't sound as good as the Stang 😅
But you're absolutely right tho for the lack of quality I think a top of the line GT Mustang that actually handles decently should top out at $50k-$55k they're really taxing us for that V8 really sad
Yup saved 8g buying a 24 eco convertible premium instead of ordering a 25 same exact options, with ford employee pricing on now in canada. Extremely happy with it. Wireless charging isn't fast but so far works ok.
I've a 2023, GT Premium base (400 package), Recaro seats, 10516 miles, 20.7 - 29.2 mpg, no issues, one recall for a brake fluid level light, only reason to change is for a better exterior color. When I got it, there was a $3,000 rebate. The dealer was advertising $2,600 off + the rebate. I did better than that with not too much trouble and no dealer doc fee.
I want to see an option where you can get an analog dash cluster. I don't want those ugly screens in front of me. Not to mention, if I plan on keeping it long term, I don't want to worry about any issues that might arise.
I had a 2029 Mustang Gt premium with the performance pack, active exhaust. I almost bought a 2024 Gt, but ended up with a 2025 BMW M440i x-drive. It would walk all over the Mustang.
I bought my 2023 Mustang GT 6 speed (black with chrome badges) a little over a year ago. I got a great deal. The car looks like a million bucks. I'm glad I bought then. I feel sorry for the guys that held out to get the 2024 or later models. They are getting hosed.
Almost like Ford wants to subsidize the effects of inflation and promote the Ecoboost model because it has the better CAFE numbers. Didn't the GT also get hit with the gas guzzler tax also? Tough times to be a V8 lover.
The 2025 Mustang is DEFINITELY less for more compared to 2024. Some standard features are now extra cost options. The B&0 sound system is no longer included in the option package and is now a stand alone option even though the option package is the same price as last year. My favorite color (rapid red) is gone. I was planning on ordering a 2025 5.0 When I retire in the spring. Now, I will look for and purchase a 2024 in Rapid Red.
Jeez, it’s good business. Can’t fault Ford. Still, you can get a base GT for reasonable bucks. These days everyone seems to want all the toys/options that drives the MSRP up.
They can charge whatever they like with no other competition. Business 101 unfortunately. Just give it 2 years and you can buy a fully loaded dark horse premium for 48k or less
@@MeynMotorGroup Yes, I know this, but the Mustang Super Snake is not a commercial production, as far as I know, just 350 copies. I want a commercial production Shelby GT500 like the 2020 and 2022 Mustang Shelby GT500. Will they produce a 2026 model or not?
If they don’t sell the prices will drop. Basic supply and demand concept in Economics 101. But my prediction is that they will sell fast if the supply is low but who knows. Ford may have a limited supply manufactured, to justify the higher prices?
I would rather go for a 2018 gt350 for the price. Having spent time looking at the new s650 it looks really odd from the front. Camaro ish form certain angles. The back is well done.

I purchased a brand new S550 GT premium with performance pkg. Took me over 40 yrs to finally get my Mustang. It's my 1st Ford and my last. Overpriced, overrated and underbuilt. Ford can suk it.

They sacrifice quality to provide more power and performance for the money which is what most people want
