Very Nice.. I'm digging the Red.. Blue is more my color but I do like that Red for sure.. It's Fire bro welcome to the Manual world. It's way way better driving experience for sure.. Save the Manuals.. My first couple vehicles were manual n I have been rev matching since before they even called it that.. And honestly I wouldn't have it any other way. And look, I know the new DCT's and this new 10 speed is faster for sure but there's nothing like rowing your own gears... Oh and finally you have way more control over the car in a Manual.. No skipping shifts or early shifts when you are in a manual, way less of a crowd killer.. The auto's are fast as hell for sure but they also have a mind of their own and do a lot of weird shyt.. My buddy has a 19 ten speed and he hates it but I have heard that Ford had fixed there's for the 2023's and the new 24's.. Anyway I am glad to see you went with a Manual Performance pack.. You are going to have a lot of fun.... Nice video..
Thanks man. I’ve been leaning on the auto rev matching and recently started trying to it manually. I don’t know why but I’m kinda struggling with it. With it on, I feel like a superstar rowing the gears. Love the car!
My first manual and the car I learned manual in is the 370z. It’s a great car to learn for me, because after I learned it I would never forget to drive manual.
I dont know how the engagement is on the gt but on my dh the engage is high as hell. Im used to cars having engagement maybe a couple inches off the floor but the dh engagement is right before you would pull your foot off the clutch.
I do have to say the best bang for buck and your money is going to be an S550 though especially if you are patient and wait till you can find a 1 owner garage kept S550 for half the price like I did.. I got very lucky though for sure.. I found a Gen 2 2017 S550 with only 8,909 miles on it, 1 Owner, kept in a garage and barely driven.. I did my homework cause that Gen 2 is the best one for boost and the easiest to Tune, and that was the plan all along.. I am planning on taking mine down to VMP for that Gen 6 Whipple next year.. Anyway get which one you like, you can't go wrong with any of the Coyote variants really.. Oh and I felt the same way about the power at first and don't get me wrong it still feels like a handful but after a year or so you are going to want to turn it up. I don't blame you for not messing with your warranty though for sure.. I have had turbo boosted cars before on tunes too so I totally understand your reasons for not wanting to mess with it.. I get it, I ruined a car years ago with all the BS Mod's I did to it.. Oh yeah and I love the cloth seats too.. They are soo soft and comfortable. Thats is one of the first things people say when they get in my car.. They love the base seats..
I agree about going used. I bought the bmw 3 years old and got it 50% off mrsp. It’s more than enough power to get into a lot of trouble. Who knows. I’ve seen videos of these cars making high 800 whp with just a whipple. There is a side of me that wants that but I’m all about the NA V8 experience. It’s disappearing and I want to enjoy it.
Yup. When in normal mode, it’ll turn off when in neutral and stopped. It’s deactivated when in sport or track but there is a button to reactivate it though. I’ve always used it my bmw so I like it.
I can turn all the transmission nannies off. It’s like training wheels. I’ve been teaching myself. No one has sat with me to give me any pointers. I’ve gotten much better and will most likely turn off hill assist since it can intrusive if I have to take off quickly.
@@MTMRGarage Just saying, the fact that you don't even have to give it gas to accelerate from 1st gear is crazy. This is my daily driver, 16k miles on it. Enjoy the car its a blast for me too!
@ really? I bought my 14 1LE new and it’s never been back to the dealer . Cam kit, high volume oil pump, headers , 1 piece aluminum driveshaft, BMR subframe connector , transmission mount, rear end bushings, polyurethane, CAI, plugs ,wires, 8.5 mm with heat sleeves. Any time you wanna hit the track, where you have to turn, brake and steer, come catch me. This ain’t no 1200 hp go from 70 straight line Mexico drag slick car essay!

Nice video, congrats on the car
Thanks!
Beautiful car!! Driving manual is so much better!! Good luck with it..
It’s quite striking. I’m really happy with it. Makes me turn around every time I walk away from it.

I’ve always liked Zs. I was considering the new one but needed a back seat.
Love your car!!!!
Thank you!
Congratulations on the car. Been thinking about picking a manual one up myself. Any issues with it so far?
Nothing so far but it still has under 1000 miles. I feel like I’m driving a mid 2000s super car.

In my GT it’s about maybe 3 inches from the floor. Again, I don’t have a lot of basis for comparison.
Have fun, there's nothing not to like about a V8 manual GT !!!

Did yours come with auto stop/start?
Yup. When in normal mode, it’ll turn off when in neutral and stopped. It’s deactivated when in sport or track but there is a button to reactivate it though. I’ve always used it my bmw so I like it.
I had no clue they had that mode in manual. I have one and don’t have start and stop. They must’ve known I didn’t want that feature 😂😂
Check ur settings might be turn off
This manual pretty much drives itself so learning to drive manual in it is like cheating. Drive an '08 mustang, makes you earn it.

You can definitely do that. I hear most modern manuals do that. I wonder if it’s a combination of ECU programming Ford does and heavy flywheel.
@@CoffeesBlackin all cars you don’t really need to give it gas to get going in 1st.
Now go borrow a 23 Camaro SS 1LE and see which one handles best
I hear it’s better in a lot of ways but discontinued unfortunately
Camaros are trash.
I’ve always been a Ford guy personally.

@ don’t knock one til you drive one , mustangs aren’t trash, it’s a preference and reliability issue, LS3 nuff said!
