That's the form you sent along with your ROC papers, if you want USCIS to send you notifications/ text or email when they accepts your form.

The photos must be originals that you send in the package or copies to bring the originals to the appointment.

Hi roselyn, thanks for your video. I was wondering why USCIS did not update my case status online yet. I received already their confirmation that they received my applications last July. It’s been 3 months now. But I got my extension notice already.
What do tou mean dis jot update the status. Mine is already 7months and its still received in my status
Rosemics Campbell I mean, when I entered my uscis case number to the website- it says that my case number is not identified. I called uscis they said usually it will take few months before the online site will reflect status. They received it on july. Now i check on October-still not yet reflected.

You are really good at explaining everything needed. Good Luck and let us know how it went if you had to do an interview or not. I am thinking with Covid still ongoing they are not doing interviews.

@@rosemicscampbell4005 thank you but its okay if the affidavit is earlier date, just review your video and your affidavit is earlier date than the cover letter.
@@robieicuspit882 it's doesn't matter if it is not the same date as long it's not like 1 month difference maybe within a week is fine.

JoYanong i did not notarize mine but if you wanted too its fine but its not a requirement
So you have to send this within 3 months of the green card expiring, but the i-751 takes 12-18 months to process. That means the green card will be expired for 1 year before it's accepted...

Sad thing is I sent pretty much the same thing to them but sadly they sent me an rfe saying it’s enough proof that we live together but not married which I don’t understand cuz I also showed them my marriage license , this is sad to me , I hope my rfe gets approved
Sometimes even you submit the requirements they will ask it again. Just send them whatever documents they need and you will be good.
Has anybody here filed form I-751 recently? I had a friend saying that she didn’t have to do the biometrics anymore. Has anybody gone thru the same process?
Some of the applicant did not do biometrics because uscis used their biometrics during aos

If you submit G-1145 they will send message on your phone. 2 weeks after you submit. Process time 1year to 2 years it depends esp this crisis.
Is a copy of your passport and visa and stamped passport required? I don't see it on the list of requirements, did I miss that? Thanks in advance!!

Hi I am preparing my I 751 packet and my name showing on my conditional green card matches the name on my SS card but does not match how it is written on my homeland passport. So kindly advise how to write the name of the applicant whether to be matching how it is written on CGC or on a homeland passport? Regards
My car is only on my name but it was a gift from my mother in law and I have proof with her title and my title and a letter she gave me saying it was a gift. Should I include that in the package? My husbands name is not in the title but I was thinking it could show proof that our marriage is real cuz only family will gift you a car. What do you think?

You don't need pictures of your passport and your spouse's passport. It's good that you went above and beyond, but it would've been better if you clearly highlighted what is REQUIRED vs what you sent.

My wife and I made a terrible mistake, we mailed our package for Form I-751 to Removed Conditions on Residence to USCIS on November 13, 2020 and It was delivered to USCIS facility on November 16, 2020 that’s 3 days after ,however, our 90 days start time from the Permanent Residence card expiration date to submit is November 18 of 2020. Now Do you think our package in danger to be rejected even though it’s only a few days filed early? Did you file early as well or within that time frame?

Once you send these documents, I mean to file Form I-751 to USCIS and if you got approved, you will be sent ten years non-conditional GC? Am I Correct?? Thank you!!
1. You will not file when your card is expired, you can apply 90 days before your card expired.
