- We're back! Time for us to file our next petition in the process of becoming a US Citizen!
In this video, we will show you how we filed our USCIS I-751 form. This form is used to petition to remove conditions on residence (green card).
We share what we're including in our packet, what we're providing as proof of relationship documentation and how we're assembling our documents!
We are filing jointly and we are not petitioning for any children.

Thanks for your sharing. I have a question about assembly the package. You only clip each form then put everything into the plastic envelope? Do you punch two holes and using fastener to holding all forms together? Thank you
I saw on the USCIS website you can pay via credit card with the form G-1450. Do you know if there is any preference check or credit?
Kinda crazy to me that the level of effort and costs required for this are comparable to those needed for the initial K1 visa application, especially considering we already had an in-person interview less than 2 years ago where we completely proved the validity of our relationship and marriage. Perhaps there's a good bureaucratic reason for this.
What's even worse is that in case of rejection all that money is not reimbursed neither do they ask you to amend the form
As far as joint tax returns, my wife and I only have 2 years of joint tax returns but I’ve seen other people submitting 3 years. Would that matter?
Its interesting for our 2 year green card appointment, only the non USA citizen met with the official. They did not want to talk with my the USA citizen at all.

Hello, 4 years before I was a seamen. At 2016 after my 8 months contract finished I had to go to India through flights from aruba to miami to India. When I reached miami I just came out due to I had threatened in my country. After 2 years I applied asylum! I got work permit include EAD. Is there any chance to get green card after biden he made changes in pathway citizenship?? Please let me know. I don't know I can ask whom?
Did you not send in copies of your driving licenses? Considering that is ID that shows names and addresses, thats a good form of Evidence.
YUO MUST HAVE TO SEND COPY OF YOUR DRIVE LICENSE.

Hi thank you for you video, it is so helpful. However, I have a quick question on you video, time mark 8:38, on the sworn affidavit. They did mine but for some reason I forgot to tell them to include there D.O.B but the form as been sent. Can the application be reject due to this? Also, do I need to include a passport photograph? Because that was not included. Is any of this a deal breaker? Thank you in advance.
Passport copies are NOT necessary. People are over sending and it can affect their case. The DO NOT ask for passport copies.
About your affidavit you MUST HAVE TO include their driver license, which have their information, and also, their name, address, phone and in the bottom of the page the following sentence: I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the foregoing is true and correct.

Passport Photos are required if you are filing the I-751 from overseas. If you are in the US, you do not need to send in Passporr Photos. Your application will not be rejected if the sworn affidavits do not have the DOB on them. Your application will be denied if you do not provide enough information to show a bona fide marriage. Nice beginning video, but you discussed nothing about the actual I-751 how you filled out it. Not good.
I saw a lot of videos telling that they included copies of passports too. But in the latest instruction there is no info on if we need to add copies of passports. Can someone clarify if we need to send them or not, please?

No it's not required. Only their green card is required.
NO. You do not need passport copies. Do not waste your time. Ig you read the instruction, they said to do not send more than necessary and pass port you already sent.

May I ask advise, with the application for I-751, we incorrectly spelled out in the check as
US Deparment of Homeland Security
Department was spelled as DEPARMENT.
