May I ask advise, with the application for I-751, we incorrectly spelled out in the check as US Deparment of Homeland Security Department was spelled as DEPARMENT. Will our case be rejected? RFE?

Now, I am not sure what should I say in question 20 of I751 form where they ask criminal history like have you ever been arrested, fine etc. (It specifically says excluding Traffic Regulations). 😳😳😳😳 OK, you can do two things. Short and better: Send all documents (copies, never original ) and extra extra evidence with a formal letter explaining why you forgot or didn't sent that information package before... Orrrr you can wait until they notice it and send you back a letter requesting all info they need but it'll take really longer, I'm talking around 18 or even more

December last yr I was given 2ys conditional residence which will expire by May 12th 2021 I was advised to mail it back to immigration to give me 10yr permanent green card because I married with my husband for more than two yrs. since three months I have not received the green. What is ur professional advice...?

Usually DV victims are harassed and blackmailed, and often, the other “inmigration options” presented require evidences that cannot be afforded or sometimes is imposible for the victim to show. If you are a victim, he is the type of lawyer that you should not listen.
I sent in 3. It's always good to send in as much advice as possible. Photos, Bills, Tax returns, join accounts, rental agreement, affidavits ( as much as you can get, keep a few for a possible interview) I also sent in a list of people they are welcome to contact. Good luck

Who files the application? The green card holder or the U. S citizen spouse the original petitioner of the I-130?

If already happened 3 years or more since you get your 2 year green card you can apply for 'naturalization' = get citizenship
