Hi Jim, i’m a U.S citizen for the last 20 years and been in America for 37 years. For my wife, we filed to remove conditions (i-751) in April 2020. We went through the entire process up to a point where she got her finger prints taken 2 years ago and a month later a letter saying they will schedule her for an interview as the final step. Going on 2 years later we still haven’t gotten an interview after the finger prints taken. I performed a status check this year and the last from the uscis site, but not reply from USCIS at all. Calling them, they aren’t really scheduking interviews except for the one time we had to do infopass to extended my wife for one more year. She then recently received another extention until next july. Any thoughts how to get USCIS’s attention or to complete the last process?
