‼️My timeline update so far‼️
🔹April 24 - Sent I-751 Packet (about 30 days before conditional GC expiration)
🔹May 8 - Receive online access code to add the case to my USCIS account for tracking.
🔹May 11 - Received official I-797 Notice of Action which doubles as 48 months extension letter.
🔹April 7 (2024) - no news, applied for citizenship (N-400).
May I ask to which address would be sending this to? Would it be on their website?
Another thing do you need to attached any other forms such as for finger prints?

Just sent my form today. Thank you so much for helping me! The usps lady was rough with my package bc she was stuffing it in the envelope even though I told her I don’t mind paying for a bigger one. But she still forced it in the envelope. Wish me luck & hopefully they will accept it even though it’s not as nice as I wanted it to be 😢.

- May 4th received letter for 48 months
Awaiting actual Greencard but that might take a while 😅

Hello Kseniya, I received official I-797 Notice of Action which doubles as 48 months extension letter, but in the notice type says FILING FEE WAIVED, I never submitted the I 912 and USCIS charged the form fee from my account. Do you know why it says filing fee waived?

I downloaded mine today from uscis website and the dates says "Expires 12/31/2019' jus like yours in this video. And it won't let me edit the dates in Adobe. Is that a problem?

yes, that's what it says on the website.
The website states that the tabs should be at the bottom of the page.

Hi, im a conditional green card holder based on k1.My GC is going to expaire on 12/3/2024 is it OK to travel overses to viste my parents with no worries before i fill out I-751 to remove conditions? I'm going to travel on june 12 and get back on august 13 / 2024 by than my GC will be valid only 110 days on that of re-entery to USA.

I just sent my I 751 with the other requested forms and documentation, unfortunately, my credit card got fraud and the bank had to block it and get a new account. they received the file on 02/23/24 and the fraud just happened last night 02/28 .

Hello! Thanks for the video, I really need help in determining the amount to submit cause I wasn’t sure about what to enter at the USCIS calculator. So I am married to a US citizen and filing the I -751 . At the calculator site it asked how many dependent I have to determine how much to pay. Should I just enter 1? I delivered a baby a year ago but I’m assuming since I delivered here at the US she’s consider a citizen and not a conditional like me? I’m totally confused on how do I determine how much do I pay?
The fee calculator asks "Number of dependent children who acquired conditional resident status on the same day as you or within 90 days thereafter.." which means you do not count any children who are already a citizen.
Do i have to send the filling fee together with the biometric fee? How much should i send in total?

Yes, they are not #1 priority but they explicitly ask for them

I blacked out the phone numbers of other people and left the phone numbers between myself and my spouse since the phone logs that your cell company gives you include all numbers dialed in or out.

Hey Kseniya i am filing my form now and cant seem to find clarity on if the actual form I-751 can it be double sided or does that also have to be single sided

I have two questions. First one is if I should put the paperwork inside an envelope and then put envelope inside the USPS box. Second questions is I put the tabs at the bottom of each paper but I am not sure if I should put it on the back of the paper. Also, if I’m using the tabs can I use blank papers as dividers too?
I put my paperwork directly in usps envelope. Your tabs are fine, you can use dividers

While using money orders, can you use 1 money order for the total amount? O does it have to be 2 money orders 1 for the form fees and 1 for biometric fees?

You should be fine if you send the money order with the biometrics fee included

What If I got my 2 years conditional green card with the interview waived. Do I get to do an interview when I apply for the condition to be removed to get a 10-year green card?
If you apply for naturalization while I-751 is pending you will get a combo interview.

Hello, do I need to hire an attorney or document preparer to fill this application? Or can I fill it by myself?
It depends on your comfort level, my wife and i did the I-130, I-765, I-485 all by ourselves and eventually got approved and we plan to do the I-751 by ourselves too so it is definitely possible. it's a lot of work though. but only do that if you are comfortable with it :) but if you are removing the conditions on your greencard, then the hardest part is over (as long as your circumstances have not changed too drastically)
