    I remember the time this video came out and I couldn’t keep up with more than a half of the movements. A year and half later I am able to do all the positions and really enjoy it. I am currently reflecting my yoga journey and how I connected to my body and to my soul through it. Thank you so much, Boho. This practice was amazing. And to all of us who struggle with some of the postures - be kind and gentle to yourself, keep going and keep practicing - the results will come earlier than you think

      That’s wonderful, Adel. I am genuinely happy for you. May I ask how you managed to get better? I’ve been doing yoga on and off for more than a year and I still struggle. I guess the number one tip is to stay persistent, but perhaps what made me feel otherwise was my inability to become really flexible.

      @@sara.yaseen Dear Sarah, I can totally understand you. There are periods of time when I practise yoga daily (for example 3 months ago when I wrote this comment), but there are also periods when I just do a simple 10 minutes stretch before going to bed like for a month or two like during this summer. I know that probably I am not able to keep up with this video at this moment, simply because I am not practising so much. But that is the part of the journey. Instead of yoga I do other sports that are also great for my body and for my soul.
      Take your time. Do not put too much on your body. Do not chase. I know it can be quite exhausting trying hard without seeing any results. But trust me, the best you can do is simply let go.
      My back for example is really stiff. It is getting better step by step. But still - sometimes I am able to do the king pigeon pose and sometimes there is just no way. And that is OK. Yoga is not about being the most flexible as possible (but I am sure you know that ☺️). It is about listening to your body. So do not push it so hard. Just enjoy the moment with your body and it may surprise you so much.

    I sweat like anything doing this even more than when i do my cardio and the best part is my body and mind feels energised after this power yoga!Yoga has become my morning routine ever since i found this awesome channel!

    I cried at the end. It was hard, and I think challenging yoga flows awaken some things in me that I often times suppress, especially when I'm not satisfied with myself. They force me to modify and to let go of expectations I have of myself. I can not put into words how thankful I am for the work you put into your videos, and for the things you say during the practise. I feel reborn, thank you.

      when you go deeper through opening up and releasing tension, things that may be buried deep down can come up. It is so healing to let them go and welcome light and positive energy❤️❤️

    This is one of the best videos you have ever created, thank you! I was feeling so low energy this morning after suffering with insomnia last night but I knew I needed to create energy within so I selected this power practice. I loved how dynamic and challenging some of the poses were... I even did movements I have never done before!     I have been doing yoga on and off for the past 10 years and this is the first time since forever that Ive been consistent again.     You two are seriously so amazing. You are the reason I started yoga in the first place. Started with your pilates videos and fell in love with yoga. I have currently been traveling for 3/5 months and since leaving my yoga studio for this trip and not being as active I have noticed my progress go down dramatically. It makes me feel down sometimes but it's about the journey and your videos are keeping me sane + fit

    There is something about this practice that I keep coming back to, its just phenomenal! I often find it very hard to concentrate while doing yoga and stop my mind from wandering. This practice has a rhythm to it so that it's easy to follow along, but at the same time keeps me focused because of how much I need to pay attention to my breath.

    I just completed this workout and to be honest, I felt it.
    I felt re energized, well balanced and actually happy.
    It felt so great, I cannot express it with words.
    I wonder how will I feel if I do this workout again after some time.

    Thank you so much. I have so much fun. I modify some moves to add joy to my life. In Zumba, I was taught to have fun. So I carry that same thinking to Yoga as well. When I have fun, I learn more.

    This is such an amazing, full-body, workout that will give you a nice, burning, sweat! As a fellow instructor, I like to ensure I'm intertwining enough strength into my practices, and this flow completely supplies that! The intensity is certainly equivalent to an hour-long HIIT circuit. YOU WILL BE WORKED! It's a great challenge that will develop you past your abilities; however, it does get more tolerable after consistent practices!

      at first you Think you can't do it. i have been doing her Yoga and i do them while my eyes are closed. Practice and you will do it too. our Bodies can do wonders

    What a great workout and flow! I love that ur videos are a great workout and sweat, but also to remind me to connect and be with myself. All of ur videos are a perfect mixture of workout for body and mind I've always been searching for!

    THIS IS SOOOOOO GOOD. I LOVE THAT IT'S DOABLE BUT NOT CRAZY. I COULD DO ALL OF THE MOVES EXCEPT FOR THE PLANK WITH THE LEG IN THE AIR. SO I DID A TREE PLANK INSTEAD. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS YOGA FLOW!!!
