Hilma, the lady who 'helps' Phillip is the Drug lord of 8 Fingers. she had a couple of scenes last season.
The one getting her kneecap broken and dragged by the hair by Mare is the most memorable.

Hilma and the other Eight Fingers were taken to Kyouhukou who resides in a place on the 2nd floor called Black Capsule. The Large Hole is on the 6th floor and is Gashokukochuuou's domain. That's where Hekkeran and Imina were taken after the worker invasion.

the ending after credits is just basically two crazy individuals bonding over "girl-talk" and sharing about their man in their lives. Fun fact: this is the part that confirms what's been largely suspected and hinted at for the past 3 seasons, the princess, is in fact that individual that both demiurge and albeido are impressed with who they hold in high regard. You can imagine what it must take for a human to be held in high regard by those two
Lore tidbits, not much this episode because of spoilers:
Those "skeleton horses" are actually insanely dangerous. They have an AoE attack skill that does pure soul damage that will kill every single normal person caught in the zone.
You've met Hilma before, she's the female member of Eight Fingers that Mare captured. She was taken to Kyuohuko the Cockroach King where she was eaten from the inside out MANY times, until she was "reformed" to serve Ainz.
Hello Friend how are you. ¡What an interesting chapter, ¿right?! As always, I will use information from the novels to clarify some things that may not have been fully understood.
The chapter begins with something that really should have been in the previous one, the definition of what Ainz's policy will be: The Stick and the Carrot. Basically, Ainz does not understand anything about the plans of Demiurge and Albedo, but he knows that he can offer the good part of Nazarick (the carrot) while the NPCs are usually the ones who attack, torture and conspire (the stick). The maid starts crying because he believes that Ainz opened the curtain by himself because he is disappointed in her, a fear that is always present among all NPCs.
In the second part we see Renner, who has decided to set up an orphanage to prevent the thousands of orphaned children from turning to crime and to cultivate talents. She also gives them delicious food that she cooks herself. How nice. Climb is convinced that this is somehow due to him and that the princess's affection extends to other abandoned orphans as well. But like everything the crazy princess does, it has a hidden purpose.
Renner is suddenly interested in people with Talents... just what Ainz is always wanting to investigate. Evileye reveals that she has a dangerous talent as a trump card, but there is also a comical moment where we see how everyone is spreading the rumor that Lakyus' sword has a secret evil power... which is just her Chūnibyō tendency.
Next we see the troubled Prince Zanac: His older brother is missing and his body has not been found, so he could be alive or captured, and all of this could be a problem for the succession. His father (the king) is in a deep depression over the death of Gazef Stronoff. And he has to rule a kingdom on the brink of financial ruin without the help of his right-hand man, the Marquis Reven, who has mysteriously cut off all contact. Because after the Jaldabahot attack, the royal family had gained a lot of influence, but after the battle with Ainz and the loss of E-Rantel the situation has turned around: The Royal Family can barely keep control of the country.
At that moment, a delegation from the Sorcerous Kingdom arrives and as always Renner has the perfect answer as to how to proceed. So Zanac offers Renner what he always wanted: a remote property, where she can live alone with Climb, without marriage proposals or being in situations where she has to be a political token. Something like this would have been impossible in other circumstances. And yet, Renner then says, "That proposal doesn't interest me anymore..." Implying that she was offered something much better.
In the scene where Brain talks with Vesture, Gazef's teacher, the novel makes it clear that the old man is worried about Ainz and what he might be up to behind the scenes. So, he allows two of his disciples to help Brain train the orphans he has selected, as a way to help, but also to pass his technique on to future generations in case he dies.
When Albedo arrives, Zanac is dazzled by her beauty, but he also has a severe problem: he doesn't know how to address her. So, Zanac asks Albedo about her rank, but then he doesn't understand the term Overseer of the Guardians, so they finally decide to assume that her rank is equivalent to Prime Minister.
By the way, the scepter that Albedo is holding, with the black sphere on top... It's the World Item called Ginnungagap!
Finally, we meet the most imbecile and at the same time incredible character of the entire Overlord series: Philip Dayton, the third son of a low-class noble of the Re-Estize Kingdom who became his family's heir following the deaths of his siblings from him. Ignored his entire life by a family that never expected him to inherit the title, Phillip grew up wanting to be important but never doing anything to achieve it. Still, he believes himself to be a mastermind and skilled politician, but he is just a man-child. The guy is such an idiot, that he feels grateful to the Sorcerous Kingdom for killing his brothers and even believes that they are on their side in a way. Such are the illusions that he imagines.
And it is that due to the number of deaths that occurred in the battle against Ainz, many nobles and sons of nobles died. As a result, the third, fourth and even fifth children, who were never raised with the idea of being rulers, had to inherit the titles. And now the kingdom has a huge breed of useless young nobles to deal with.
Phillip was there because his father wanted the Earl they serve to recognize him. But when he sees Albedo, he falls in love with her and even imagines a future where he can bed both Albedo and Princess Renner at the same time. Therefore, along with the crazy idea that he is a genius and that Nazarick sponsors him, he decides to risk inviting Albedo to a ball organized by him. However, what Philipp thinks is "his plan" is actually Nazarick's plan. Hilma of the 8 Fingers, who are now under Ainz's control, is manipulating him into gathering all the useless nobles in the kingdom into one group. The idea is to use them to stir up trouble and then, after Nazarick conquers the kingdom, kill them all, wiping out all the corrupt officials in what will soon be her domain at once.
When Albedo is touched by Phillip, we hear a strange sound that is actually Albedo's teeth grinding for a second. We then see that Hilma is skinny and is constantly holding her hand to her throat. This is because all the leading gangsters were traumatized by the cockroaches that entered through their mouths and ate them from the inside, over and over again, such that now they can only eat liquid food.
When Hilma talks about the "Feeding Field" she means that the gatherings and parties of the nobles are always actually opportunities for political alliances to be formed and for the strong to eat the weak. But the assembled nobles are so foolish, they don't even realize something that any politician would know and they really believe that they are in a gathering to enjoy themselves.
As the door closes, we hear Albedo ordering the 8 Fingers, although there are only 7 because Cocodoll is still imprisoned. They must trade with the sorcerous kingdom at an appropriate price and search for the World Class Item that was used to control Shalltaer. In the novel we are told that when the 6 Arms died, various criminals tried to overthrow them, but Nazarick lent them powerful undead so that they could maintain control of the underworld. Also, due to the sufferings they went through, the 8 Fingers no longer try to betray each other as before, but are like "brothers in suffering" who sincerely try to help each other. They even keep Cocodoll in jail on purpose, so that he doesn't suffer the same as them.
About the final scene, there is not much to say. It was already evident that Renner works with Nazarick and the only thing one would have to wonder is, since when. Albedo hands him a box that contains an item that Renner wants, but it requires certain conditions to open... I won't give what they are so as not to spoil.

No, no, no, you miss understand... that puppy is the most precious thing that Renner ever has and will ever have. She loves that thing more than anything and you will find out how much the price was paid for her love.
Renner is probably the only human that Albedo would talk to like that

Just has enough respect for her to address her without disdain is more like it. The books are far more flushed out. At the end of the season the anime only hints at something very clever that I won't spoil in terms of her relationship with Nazarick and its rulers.

Season 4 is one of my favorites. It incapsulates so much of what The Sorcerer Kingdom will be. And the character work is phenomenal
Hilma isn't a plant, she's a turn-coat. They tortured her into submission at the end of Season 2. Also, remember that box, I know its probably hard since they didn't talk about it, but its very important.
I know a lot of people already said it, but Hilma is the woman from the eight fingers that Mare knocked out and dragged with her when the whole raid by Demiurge happened.

Hilma is one of the Eight Fingers (the underground crime syndicate) that Mare kidnapped at the end of S2 who were all tortured to instill loyalty. The room that she took Albedo into was a meeting room with the rest of them.
You probably don't recognise Hilma because she's now drawn as anorexic, she was one of the crime Lords of eight fingers but she was taken to that cockroach guy who would eat her alive from the inside out and the heal her to make her 'conform'.
Also those flaming horses, much like all of Ainz summons, is insanely powerful. Just one is described to have the power to level a city.

The very moment Hlima realized Phillip really was THAT dumb and trying to court Albedo her entire facade dropped. Gone was the noblewoman. She was just a woman suffering a panic attack, probably reliving the torture Nazarick put her through, because this idiot of a man thought it was a grand idea to piss off her new boss. Working directly under Albedo is taking years off this woman's life.
see albedo is there to get trade going with the sorcerer kingdom in a legitimate way while also setting up a route to send food to the holy kingdom since they are being attacked by a demon .. (demiurge) ... sadly they dont show all the things demiurge is doing right now but i believe they will show everything in the upcoming movie in the summer

Out the many people that watch this you are one of the few that's actually wary of the Golden Princess and I like that.
The reason Brain got better, so fast. Is because the scene where he does the 6fold (same as Gazef) takes place in volume 14, while most off the rest off the episode is volume 11.
Since 12-13 is being turned into a movie, this season has both parts off book 11 and 14 in it.
During season 2 final battle, when Shalltear stopped time to chase Brain she saw Climb and she suddenly stopped chasing. During final battle of season 3 Ains mentions 4 people not to kill to his baby goats.. Gazef was an obvious choice but Princess and Climb were obviously 2 others. All the way back in season 1 Demiurge mentions finding someone interesting in the kingdom(most likely the princess). You almost need to watch the series more than once to catch how far back all the threads go.

Hilma, you saw her first in season 2 from the Eight Fingers the one that got dragged away by Mare, she is one of the leaders of the Eight Fingers. The Eight Fingers are completly under the control of Nazerick.

Hilma as mentioned was taken by Mare, tortured and is loyal to Nazarick from fear, then she turned over the rest of the 8 fingers. She still heads up the drug and smuggling operations of 8 fingers who are now supporting one another for fear failure of one will get all punished.
Hilma has been put in charge of setting up a third faction(a faction of fools) in the kingdom to destabilise it for Ainz to exploit later.
Phillip is such a idiot they want to use him as the head of this faction.
The people offering tribute at the end were the rest of the 8 fingers leaders all broken to Nazaricks will.
Ok so the nature of what Albedo gives Renner in the box is revealed much later (near end of season) and kiiinda spoilery.

By the way between episode 7 and 8 it skips an entire volume of the light novel which they are going to make into its own movie in summer 2023
