Yes Hilma ist the one from season 2 that was dragged away by Mare, and was later seen at the table with the eight fingers when Aura and Mare crushed their meeting. She was the first to be baptised in Nazerick from the eight fingers. Baptised in the from of meeting the area guardian the cockrouch and his childred. The leaders of Eight Fingers got eaten from the inside out by cockrouches and healed several times. Thats why Hilma looks a bit different because like the rest of Eight Fingers she cant take in solid food anymore because of the trauma they got from the baptism. They are complety under the control of Nazerick. Thats also why she grabbed her throat in utter fear when Philip had thought about Albedo.
The blonde girl from the "fingers" is not being controlled or anything, but she sure is being monitored lmao. Also, Albedo and the princess having some "girl talk" is just icing on the cake. Btw you guys are gonna be surprised what the box magic item does 😎
I pretty much realized what she was about to do with the box at the end of this episode in my first reaction...and BOY i was right...i felt so smart...😎
If you notice, Hilma grabbed her own neck while Philip was talking about getting together with Albedo. Since it never gets touched on in the anime: Basically she (and the rest of Eight Fingers) were taken by Nazarick and had insects swarm down their throats to eat them from the inside out. Then they were healed. Eaten. Healed. Eaten. Healed. Repeatedly until they broke, and probably didn't even stop when they broke. They now view it as a sort of baptism, and will do *anything* to not have to go through it again. Hilma grabbing her throat is her remembering what all of that felt like.
@@BrothersYeo Hello I am Dark, haha, I'm funny. But yes it's a very dark and terrifying thing. But what do you expect when most of Nazarick's NPCs have evil alignments.

Albedo's debut within human society....damn, what an amazing anime. I had low hopes for this season, but I found it hella fun and lore/world building. 11:36 They GOT her. They did not kill her. Remember, she begged to be of use, after having been fed on by the roaches and healed over and over. She is one of the devoted.
If i remember correctly Lakyus main sword belonged to a player. The problem is, that the sword only acknowlegdes orders from evil creatures. Lakyus on the other hand has a good aligment, so it costs her a lot of willpower to handle the sword. That thing, Albedo is holding, is her personal World Item. After what happend to Shalltear, Ainz didn't wanted to risk anything. 12:17 The shattering noise were Albedo's teeth^^ And in this episode you will finaly meet the greatest figure in the New World: Philip Dayton L'Eyre Montserrat. He is so intelligent, so cunning, so handsome, and his plans even go further then those of our Overlord. You wouldn't dare to mess with him! 😉
Philip is the embodiment of Sun Tzu's quote, "let your plan be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt." His plans were too dark for our overlord and his Nazarick to see, and too powerful of a thunderbolt that dealt a lot of damage comparable to a super tier magic.
The wand that you guys mentioned is actually an item named ginnugagap (sorry if i misspelled) The wand itself is her main weapon, and actually can transform its form to her axe that we saw in previous seasons
to add on, its a world class item as well. that is an important detail because Ainz made it required that all of his guardians carry World level items on them when outside the Tomb to reduce the chances of mind control like on Shaltear
Hilma's snake tattoo is a magical - When people she does not want touches her it strikes and injects poison to the assailant. Also Hilma is losing weight. She cant eat solid food since the baptism.
The item albedo is holding is Ginnungagap a world item given to protect her from other world items and wild magic. The item can be used to destroy large areas and strong against objects
Thats is the same Hilma from earlier seasons. She didnt die. She was just eaten alive and healed:) so she broke mentally and cant eat since that time. Now she only drinks and thats why she is so slim. That shadow is shadow demon. He is bodyguard for princess Renner. He is all the time lurking in her shadow. That box is... something i do not wanna spoil. But it is not pandora's box.
I think it's important to note that the novel literally describes Albedo's beauty as comparable to a goddess's. Literally a figure of beauty, it's so easy for her to manipulate male humans 😂 Also at 12:18 that sound is Albedo clenching her jaw so hard her teeth shattered, but she healed it immediately Also the female accompanying Albedo is Hilma, the one Mare kneecapped
Horror films never bother me but Albedo grinding her teeth with the force of a 20,000 HP industrial shredder makes my shoulders tense and my neck and scalp tingle. 😨
When I first saw that scene I was freaking out in my head cause I was like "You done f**ked up now!" Thinking that Philip would look to see his arm gone or something, nope, Albedo showed a lot of restraint, for now.
Climb didn't get a bad feeling. He just remembered how she'd saved him as well that's all. Climb HAS NO IDEA. Also the 'thing' Albedo's holding during the ball is a fricking world item. Ainz ain't sending his chief guardian out with no protection. Last time he did that Shalltear got taken over. He's learning from his mistakes and turning into the ideal overlord/ eventual god. What's really funny is how Renner asks Albedo to tell her more about Ainz so she can collect more info on him, just in case she ever needs it into the future. Only problem is, she doesn't know about the floor guardian's convoluted view of Ainz and his genius, skills and talent. The more she hears them praise Ainz, the more she becomes convinced Ainz is an unbeatable godly being who plans thousands of years ahead in advance lmao

The flaming skeletal horses pulling the carriage albedo is in, are legendary monsters in the world, I believe one almost destroyed a nation or kingdom by itself
It's Hilma from 8 fingers, when they go in that room at the end they're talking with the other members of 8 fingers. The plan with 8 fingers was to torture them and break them into slaves essentially, to utilize their resources as a criminal organization, they didn't kill them.
That was Demiurge’s idea. They subvert the black market of the kingdom to help uplift the new sorcerous kingdom’s economy while simultaneously destroying the re-estize kingdom from within.
Tldr yes she is the same one from 8 fingers that has been converted over to nazarick through torture! if u look back at the end for season 2 it was mentioned when aura and mare took over the 8 fingers
What albedo is holding is her world item, it basically can just level any structure. It has great area of effect damage for large structures but doesn’t hold as much force as her normal weapon if she’s using it for single combat. Probable reason why she brought it was to prevent mind control and also to level the castle should the need arise
Just a bit of a recall about Renner. They mentioned that if not for Momon (about keeping people from revolting and keeping an eye on them), they would have used Renner instead. Which means back then, they should already have a way to make her cooperate at the moment's notice. It's pretty easy to guess on what Nazarick could use for that considering Renner's true self. Another is Shalltear, who wouldn't let any "insect" leave unscathed, stopped her pursuit when she saw a certain someone. Before that, Demiurge also shown those who they shouldn't harm.
If Evil Eye had the eyes that Arche did before they became food for Nazarik, she would be able to identify children by sight just like the Old Man in the Empire. Well if Ainz had ended up hiring the squad training young ones who are talented would be easier.
a bit about albedo's escort. the flaming horses are "soul reapers", they get stronger the more they kill, a singl one is considered a nation level threat. the "death cavalry" are each level 80 if memory serves. creaturs level 80 and above are considered world level trheath. so quite the entrence.

She interpreted Ainz-sama's sigh as ``Besides troubling her own master, she sighed in exasperation at the maid who didn't care about her master.'' .
The true dragon lords know of Yggdrasil because they’re likely responsible for bringing them to the new world, or rather the dragon emperor did (his name is cursed at in the light novel because the players are his mistake) the players that showed up completely flipped the power balance In the past there were a LOT of dragon lords but a group of players called the 8 greed kings slaughtered them, a single greed king could kill 10 true dragon lords before they died themselves according to the LN, and even with their overwhelming numbers advantage and wild magic, all the true dragon lords who fought the players died in vain and the greed kings killed eachother leaving the only surviving dragon lords as the young or weak dragons who hid from the war.
I believe it's more that the Dragon knew a player from Yggdrasil who spent some time explaining things to him, or someone else and they explained it to him. Though I haven't read the source material, so that's my educated guess based on what I watched and the conversations I've had with those that did read the source materials.
@@darkrite9000 PDL has a long history with players, he made a bargain with one of the Six Great Gods to fight against the Eight Greed Kings, and two of the 13 Heroes were players. It's also implied his father the Dragon Emperor was the one responsible for summoning players into the new world.
@@saljpal3 Well if the Dragon Emperor did summon players, he's now responsible for the complete takeover of the world by Ainz, or at the very least, most of this continent.
It was funny that time that the readers already figure it out that Renner is the traitor since volume 6 (last 1/3 of season 2) and the author tried to keep it quiet till the revelation on volume 10 which is this episode.
there have been players in this world before in the anime they hardly mention it at all in the books they talk about it a bit. the Slane Theocracies Six Great Gods were players (they taught humans tiered magic), the Greed Kings of Avarice killed the Six Great Gods so odds are they were players. there were suspicions that some of the Thirteen Heroes were players based on some of the stories Ainz heard which would mean some of the Evil Spirits that rampaged the world 300 years ago may have been players. Platinum Dragon Lord only knows a bit about Yggdrasil, he guards a bunch of powerful items left behind by previous players.
Love the video, it’s up to your high standard as usual. Yes that is Hilma, the woman Mare dragged off by her hair after crushing her leg in season 2, the one that was sitting at the table at the end of the last episode of season 2 pleading not be tortured again. I’m not trying to argue or be disrespectful but do y’all really not remember her? Surely your memory can’t be that bad.
I always worried about Renner meeting with Albedo. Since Renner is genius without the same rose-tinted loyalty for Momon, she might discover his true character and learn to manipulates him the way that she does so many others.
The thing is that almost all humans in the new world are basically below lvl 50, it may be possible for some humans while remaining entirely human to reach higher levels (Evileye is a Vampire so she doesn't count), but it usually takes much training, talent and time to even get up to lvl 50 for the new world. So basically humans as a race are soft capped at lower levels as far as I am aware.
@@saljpal3 I mean, the old lady, Rigrit, who spoke to the Platinum Dragon Lord, did beat Evileye, which would put her roughly around lvl 50, since Evileye can fight the Pleiades battle maids, and even has the upper hand in some cases. Even if we assume she isn't quite at Evileye's level, she can't be too far off. Fluder also is exceptionally strong as a magic caster, meaning he'd be a minimum of around 40. Gazef and Brain, and Clementine too, are all about lvl 30 at least. The leader of blue rose would also be around 30. When it comes to level difference, if someone is about 10 or less levels to another it goes from very hard to about same in terms of strength. In this level range for difference a person who is weaker can still have a chance depending on skill, equipment, and potentially allies. At around a difference of over 10 levels to about 20 levels, it's then hard to actually stand much chance of winning even with help, though if there's enough allies you can still overcome your stronger opponent. For what most people would be compared to Ainz, especially most humans, they could all jump him, and still lose. So based on events, there are some humans I would put at around level 40 or even maybe higher. With a decent chunk being around level 30 or so.
@@darkrite9000 Rirgrit fought alongside the other Blue Roses against Evil Eye and Maruyama confirmed she's a lower level than Evil Eye. I'm guessing she's somewhere in the low 40s. Fluder was affected by Demiurge command mantra which only works on people below level 40. Gazef and Brain were below the realm of heroes which means they were less than level 30. Clementine and Lakyus were in the realm of heroes so their levels were between 30-35.
SPOILERS!!!! i dont know if someone explained it already, but i gonna go ahead and do it again. in that world ains is the last one to be summoned, so all the other players are already dead and only their npc children are left. i dont know if the woman and the dragon are players tho.

The true dragon lords know of Yggdrasil because they’re likely responsible for bringing them to the new world, or rather the dragon emperor did (his name is cursed at in the light novel because the players are his mistake) the players that showed up completely flipped the power balance
In the past there were a LOT of dragon lords but a group of players called the 8 greed kings slaughtered them, a single greed king could kill 10 true dragon lords before they died themselves according to the LN, and even with their overwhelming numbers advantage and wild magic, all the true dragon lords who fought the players died in vain and the greed kings killed eachother leaving the only surviving dragon lords as the young or weak dragons who hid from the war.
When two yanderes meet and get along, their darlings should tremble in fear…
Something about the dragon being ancient and remembering Yggdrasil
It was funny that time that the readers already figure it out that Renner is the traitor since volume 6 (last 1/3 of season 2) and the author tried to keep it quiet till the revelation on volume 10 which is this episode.
very good guys YOU caught on Princess Renner is NOT NICE you will see in latter episodes .
there have been players in this world before in the anime they hardly mention it at all in the books they talk about it a bit.
the Slane Theocracies Six Great Gods were players (they taught humans tiered magic), the Greed Kings of Avarice killed the Six Great Gods so odds are they were players.
there were suspicions that some of the Thirteen Heroes were players based on some of the stories Ainz heard which would mean some of the Evil Spirits that rampaged the world 300 years ago may have been players.
Something Ainz is afraid of.
She is same but she gone through a lot...
She can't ride the dark horse +because+ she hasn't ridden the pale horse😂😂
Letsss gooo
what level cap btw, is it something I missed, I thought Ainz said he can only make lvl 40 undead from human corpses not that humans have a cap?.
@@darkrite9000 Thanks
@@darkrite9000 You're being generous, seems like all humans in the series (minus god kin) are below level 40.
Clementine and Lakyus were in the realm of heroes so their levels were between 30-35.
noice
Renner, one of the only women albaedo can trust cause she doesnt vie for ainz attention xD
SPOILERS!!!! i dont know if someone explained it already, but i gonna go ahead and do it again. in that world ains is the last one to be summoned, so all the other players are already dead and only their npc children are left. i dont know if the woman and the dragon are players tho.
Neither of them are players but two of the 13 heroes were players.
