    Dear Nicole! Thank you so much for your inspiring videos. After a knee surgery I started my recovery with your pilates lessons. I got stronger and more flexible by moving with you almost every day. Now I'm also able to go for a run as I did it before. Just because of your nice videos I started with Yoga too!

    I was heartbroken when I got injured and was unable to dance for 4 months. I felt like I lost a part of myself. Doing this workout made me feel like myself again. I'm nowhere near where I was before my injury, but this workout gave me hope that I could reach my full potential as a dancer again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful video!!

    AMAZING! I did it. I hate these type of workouts because I have stiff hips and it takes much energy to do movements like this but I did it, I am so proud of me. I love that swinging stretch, everytime it comes up I am like yaaaaas 😍 love your workouts, your beauty, your settings and also your voice. I am glad that I can excersise with you

    When I watched the video I was mesmerized....you look so elegantly when you perform those flows. I didn't think I was going to get all the poses right, but I wasn't half bad. At the end of class I cozld fold pver my legs like never before. Thank you, that was amazing!

    I loved the pacing of this workout! I struggle with yoga because sometimes it’s so slow paced my mind will wander and I’m not present in the moment or I get bored. This was perfect the moves gave me such a lovely stretch and I stayed focused and engaged the entire time! You really are the best on TH-cam and I’ve been doing your workouts for almost 2 years now.     Nicole!! I absolutely LOVED this flow 💕 It was challenging but I got so lost in the fluidity of the movement and connection to breath that it didn't feel intense, it just felt soo invigorating. Would be so happy to see more of this style flow 😌

    Loved this one. Perfect for when I feel my body needs to move but I don't seem to have the energy to get started. This helped me connect with my breath and body, and slowly build me up to some strengthening and balancing poses. Love the feeling of heat and relaxation it leaves me with.

    I really enjoy your videos. This one - for some reason - was very hard for me. I really have to work on my flexibility. I tried to be calm and mindful during this yoga flow, but when I looked in the mirror and during the standing splits - compared to your elegance and grace - I looked like a newborn giraffe and started laughing. 😅 I have so much work to do and you teach me so well.     Deciding to skip my F45 session and do complete this yoga workout was the best decision! Listening to my body feel very rewarding right this moment :)

    absolutely loved this class I do a lot of Yoga and I love dancing, this was the perfect mix. Feeling energised and at the same time I feel that I strengthened my body. Thank you!!!!🥰
