You practice the testyou get better, that alone should be enough to discredit the test, since it focuses on a similar format type of questions. That means an average trained person will most likely outperform an avergae non trained person, therefore it doesn't reflect the actual capabilities of each candidate!

Yes it’s best to skip ones you don’t know… but make sure you have decided in advance before attempting the test as to what are those question types that you find hard and skip… don’t waste time deciding this during the test for each question…

I hear ya - but then that is true for interviews as well… the one who practices and comes prepared will get the job…
