    Omg. I did not realize how much my brain has declined over the last several years. It’s official. I have suddenly gone stupid. This stuff used to be easy for me! UGH. I’m screwed. I was just told in my interview that I have to take this test by tomorrow afternoon.

    #14 is interesting because the feature i first saw was they both had corners so the logical response in my head was a shape without corners but I can also see the shadow direction as being an indicator of something they both share and would work.

    Isn't question number 19 a bit of a trick question? I mean if you view "sleep" as a verb/process, the correct answer should be eat, yes. But isn't it equally correct to interpret "sleep" as a noun, and therefore answer "food"? (Answering the question "what do you want when you're tired/hungry?" rather than "what do you want _to do_ when you're hungry/tired? To...?") What do y'all think?

    I consider These kind of Assessments an absolut waste of time and the wrong approach to select candidates! I would never apply for a company that demands this kind of stupid evaluation.
    This is not getting to know the person, this is a froced method to not do your actual job as an interviewer.
    Why do companys use this stuff?

    • @bahroz
      @bahroz  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      This is to shortlist candidates you get 100 resumes at time for a role how do you shortlist them…
      One way is to make sure they have the cognitive capability to do the job… and only then you call in the shortlisted candidates for interview…

    • @leoz1127
      @leoz1127 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      One way... exactly... but not the right way. Besides, I disagree that this test says more then a Masters degree in Engineering.
      Its just a way of big companys to safe money in the hiring process. In my opinion it does not lead to optimal candidate selection. They should take the required time and invest money for a respectful hiring process.
      These anonymous tests do not reflect the real candidates capabilities.

    11 is wrong. For example, another time the customer may buy X only, so Y may be sold to him as well. So, conclusion 'never' sold is wrong.

    • @bahroz
      @bahroz  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      The question says customer 1 and 2 each but x and z -- it doesn’t say they buy either or…. which means customer 1 has bought z and customer 2 has bought z as well… so if they have bought z then that means product y was never sold to them…
      Let me know if still not clear

    • @jhmaidan1
      @jhmaidan1 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@bahroz Adding to this, it says customers 1 and 2 each buy X and Z, BUT it does not say they ALWAYS buy X and Z, therefore the conclusion saying they NEVER buy product Y feels like there is not enough information to determine. Does that make sense?
