I listen to your advice about using cinnamon to boost your metabolism so I took 8 oz of low fat milk heated it and added approxi 1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon , 1/2 tsp. Mung bean sugar and blended it all. It was delicious! Please advise if this is o.k. For fat burning.

Thanks for the recipe. Could I use red bush tea (South Africa rooibos) or other herbal teas? My gut does not respond well to green tea.
