The tasty and delicious Pineapple Smoothie!
➡️ A tropical treat ⬅️
💥 Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple fresh or frozen
1 whole banana fresh or frozen
1 ½ cups almond milk
1-2 Tbsp honey (depending on how sweet you want it)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon
💥 Directions:
⓵ Place all ingredients into a blender
⓶ Blend!
⓷ Pour it up
⓸ Enjoy 😊

I love this recipe. I use frozen pineapple or tinned in juice because fresh pineapple is hard to find in UK. Plus it's quicker!!

This is A LOT! A lot of smoothie, milk, fruit, sugars...but I trust anything you do. You're slim, eat plenty, exercise a little, you must be doing the RIGHT things instead of the DIFFICULT things. I'll try this for a month and let you know.
• I'll have this plus a green tea, ginger, lemon, honey drink, plus your 7 min exercises everyday and some yoga and planks.
• I'll do two weight bearing sessions with a personal trainer for 6 weeks, which I hate but just because I've lost my lean muscles and put on some padding around the arms and waist. After that I'll change the trainer for fun activities like boxng, kickboxing, tennis or contemporary dance. Or all of them! ❤
And I will never touch equipment again in my life.
I used to be like you and put on 20 kilos, so I give myself a year to be 53 kilos of muscle instead of fat again. Keep you posted.

This is a great recipe. ✅👍 All ingredients should be organic as pesticides imbalance hormones, cause inflammation and need extra work by the liver to detoxify.. I can't see what honey she's using but only buy pure, unpasteurized raw honey.🍯🐝 A lot of honey on the market has High fructose corn syrup added ie. fake honey. 😲😬 Also Ceylon cinnamon (called true cinnamon-Sri-Lanka) is the highest nutrient dense cinnamon. Cassia cinnamon can be harmful if eaten daily because of the coumarin content. But, both cinnamon's are good for lowering blood sugar. Don't throw away your cassia, just be more cautious. 🙏😊

We don't like to count calories!😊 Focus more on the quality of the foods instead! You burn calories throughout the day and when you exercise, and muscle in general burns more calories than fat. The foods in my programs are meant to create energy, supply your body with nutrients, and build muscle💪

when using frozen fruit should I leave it out before blending? if so, for how long?
I have a good blender and put frozen banana pretty much straight in tho sometimes I have to wait a minute to get the frozen banana from it's container into the blender
You can keep it in the blender for 2-3 minutes to properly blend it🍏🍌
I found myself hungry soon after having the smoothie. The other smoothies usually keep me satiated longer. Am i doing something wrong? I followed the recipe exactly
Just a thought. I always keep my bananas in the frig. I put them in when still a little green bc I don't like them really sweet and too much sugar. The skins may get a little dark depending on how long they are in the frig but the bananas I've done this with never go bad. Mainly bc I use them for my smoothies pretty quick. I make smoothies with frozen strawberries too along with the almond milk, protein powder, collagen and banana. Have these mainly for lunch so I like the added protein.

No worries! To replace 1 full banana for smoothies I recommend: 1 cup mango, 1 cup pineapple, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato, 1/2 cup soaked cashews, 1/4 cup oats, or 1-2 tbsp chia seeds 🥰
