    I am so glad I didn't stop searching for a solution to my weight and healthy eating, I have searched a long time now I've found you and I enjoy watching your workouts and your recipes you share. It has taken me a while to get back in to working out as I have been off work with injury for a year now, it's even harder not having a vehicle to get around and shops are 45-50mins away if I walk. Thanks to your exercise videos and your recipes I now have a sense of direction. Not many trainers and nutritionists give up their secrets for the love of it, in fact I'm one of many who has been dragged to the cleaners and back just trying to find a way to get back on track and at 52yrs I give all glory to God that I have found someone who is so giving of themselves, thank you I have 4 more sessions at physiotherapy can't wait to start my journey.

    I made this an hour ago and it’s amazingly delicious, Miss Mere do you have something before going to bed. I also tried last night the water with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon before going to bed for the first time.

    My Dr told me that a little bit of black pepper with Tumeric helps the body absorb all the nutrients of Tumeric. I'm going to try it..😊

    Tumeric works synergistically with black pepper. I suggest a grind or two.

    This sounds so good. I'm at work and want it for lunch so I'm ordering from a local smoothie place that customizes smoothies. I added organic ginger hoping that an ok substitute for the mango they have as a standard item. I'm guessing the 20 oz (the smallest portion) is ok?

    This looks amazing! I am allergic to almonds, coconuts, and basically all nuts. Would it ruin the effect to my body if I used regular 2% milk?

      Usually it's based off preference. If you want sweeter then just go with a different fruit and vise versa. If you want the benefit similar to pineapple I would suggest a high acidic fruit like oranges, apple, strawberries etc.

      Cinnamon is safe in normal food quantities, but high doses can be harmful due to coumarin. Use it in moderation.

      Great idea! There’s no rules when it comes to cooking, if something needs to be switched for allergic purposes or just simply you think would taste better then don’t hesitate to put your own flare in it. I’m just showing you what I believe is the tastiest and healthiest :)

    I am finding that the honey is all sugar and not real honey .. have you found a brand that is real honey

      Ingredients:
      - 1 tsp Turmeric
      - 1/2 tsp lemon juice
      - 1 cup of nut milk
      - 1 cup of pineapple (fresh or frozen)
      - 1/2 Tbsp of honey (for taste)
