    Stretching is the key to living a long happy healthy life.

    • @BH_Restorative_fitness
      @BH_Restorative_fitness 2 ปีที่แล้ว +31

      Not exactly. What Aaron did was focusing on his glute coordination with the glute bridges, and banded joint mobilizations for the hip. Not exactly a stretch. If the client had hip pain and a lack of internal hip rotation maybe back pain as well it could be possible that it is short piriformis syndrome. In which stretching would be the worst thing you could do.

    I have this exact pain. Doc told me IBS.. got ultra sounds, Ct scans with and without contrast … I’m just not believing that it’s that due to how it came about.
    Started experiencing the pain when I went heavy squats 2 x in one week about 6 months ago. Woke up next morning with sore groin that continued for weeks once the soreness in groin went away it’s like it migrated up through my hip crease and now it’s lingering there and around the lower abdomen on the right side.
    Can’t figure it out.
    The more active I am the more pain.
    The less active I am the less pain.
