    This was a great workout.....Dawn did a great job. And a big Thank You for having Dawn show how to step on the floor.....I recently pulled my upper calf muscle (stepping off a foot stool wrong), so having Dawn to follow was awesome....I loved this routine SO much, I did it 2 times....once on the floor, and then on the step, no risers......this was great 😊

    This is a great workout. I loved it. It did remind me of Jane Fonda in many ways only more disciplined. I started exercising with Jane in 1983 and I have been doing exercise ever since. Thanks for all you do. I am doing your classes every day!❤

    These old-school, all-standing workouts are my faves. And I enjoyed the walk down memory lane with Jane Fonda (I used to do her workouts in the 80s with pictures in a book and a long-play record for instruction). Fun! Thanks Chris.

    Thanks Chris. The old school brings back memories. I remember, back in the day, visiting L.A. with my sister and we went to the Jane Fonda studio. (She wasn't teaching.) An earlier class was coming out and they were using squeegees to mop up all the sweat on the floor. It was kind of gross and it felt tropical in the room. But it was still fun.

    Though step is my favorite I love going back to the old school classes every now and then. The first gym I joined was Richard Simmons Anatomy Asylum - yes that’s what it was called and yes I actually met him once! 😊- and these were the only type of classes they had.     I've spent a ton of time trying to spot reduce/tighten in certain areas... After 40+ yrs, I finally figured out it doesn't work... Sagging skin as we age is going to happen,☹☹ Keeping ourselves healthy by exercising and not junking out will keep us strong in mind and body..

    This workout was like a ray of sunshine today for me, in the midst of such a cold weather everywhere around the world, I guess.     Ive been lifting 3x a week and incline walking on the treadmill (or outdoors, when the Michigan winter allows). I had a total knee replacement in August, so I’m doing everything low impact now. I’m an 80s aerobics girl and many years of Jazzercise. This was a super fun workout to mix it up and live the throw back jams! Thanks. PS I’ll be 59 on 2/21/24🥳

    I love your energy and your workout is great. It is just hard to enjoy the music and get into the workout with the constant counting, direction and chatter. I will try one of your other videos, I soooo wanted to do this one. I just have enough chatter in my head on a daily basis. I just wanted to move and enjoy the music. You are super easy to follow, you really don't need to give the constant direction. You are a great instructor without it.

    Great cardio blast today ! I’m not sure how my arms are going to feel for tomorrow’s arm workout after the muscle endurance today? Also can’t wait to see which of your fitness family sends you the Jane Fonda purple high cut unitard with pink bike shorts.! Promise you’ll wear it🤭🤞

    You said it very quickly but THANK you for saying a 40 year old is not going to look like a 20 year old trainer. This is one of the reason's youre in my rotation. Im almost 52 and i mostly do your workouts woth mods (the whole jumping makes me pee thing lol) but i love thst your routines give me a little challenge without being impossible. I feel at my age i either have the 19 year old no pain no gain work harder to exhaustion or the here is our senior walk in place for 20 minutes workouts so you are definitely a nice bridge :)
