  • Interested in a set of GDP Portals for your UTV, but unsure what it take to install a set? Let Braden show you what it takes to install a set of our billet 4" portals on to a Polaris RZR Turbo S.
    Gen 3 Portals are Geared for All
    SuperATV’s GDP 4” Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo S gives you a lift and a gear reduction in one box. Get the clearance to run bigger tires and the torque you need to turn them. The lift and gear reduction are in the hub which means they maintain suspension geometry and reduce drivetrain stress. Our 4” portal lift is available with 15% or 30% gear reductions and cast or billet housings. That means you can tune your ride to match your style.
    Perfect for Mud
    Get a 30% gear reduction and start flingin’ mud. With a massive boost to torque, you can turn bigger tires that chew through the thickest bounty holes. When you gear down and go big, your machine will turn into a mud monster. Plus, with a 30% gear reduction you keep your speed for roads and trails.
    Perfect for Rocks
    Put 4” portals and a 30% gear reduction on your machine and get the torque you need crawl over rocks like they’re not even there. You’ll have the clearance to get over anything without scratching up your skid plate, and you’ll have room to run bigger tires. These portals are a rock crawler’s dream.
    Perfect for Trails
    Get 4” portals and a 15% gear reduction on your RZR XP Turbo S and take on the trail less traveled. You’ll fly through the trail and clear those technical hills or washouts easily thanks to that extra torque. It’ll show you what your UTV can really do.

    Trying to figure out if I get portals, do I need a lift kit or what?

    • @jeremysolar5515
      @jeremysolar5515 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      4 inch portals are 4 inches of lift itself so that will depend on how big of tire you are planning on running on your machine...if you go on their website it will tell you the max tire size you can fit and what gear reduction you will need for the size tires you will be running

    What size wheels do you recommend for minimal width increase?

  • @gregoryhavensii3177
    @gregoryhavensii3177 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Do you guys really ship the parts without pre-pressing the studs or is this old info?

    • @SuperATVMedia
      @SuperATVMedia  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Gregory,
      The kit will come without the studs pressed in. The reason for this is that we include several different sets of studs and the hubs are drilled for multiple patterns. This gives you some options and allows you to choose which bolt pattern you want to run. This opens up the door for a much wider selection of wheel options when running portals. Let us know if you have any other questions about these portals, we'd love to help in any way we can! Thanks for watching!

    Does it matter if you run the single or dual 4" portals

    • @SuperATVMedia

    What size tire is installed on the rzr in the pic at the end of the video and What's the biggest (height and width) tire can I run with just the 4 inch portals on a 2019 rzr Highlifter ????

    • @SuperATVMedia
      @SuperATVMedia  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Those are 36" Intimidator tires at the end of the video. The largest recommended tire on a stock 19 RZR Highlifter would be a 33"-34", 10" wide.

    Check your output seals before installing. I went through the entire install and had 1 portal leaking within a day. The seal wasn't even pressed in completely and it was pinched. For as much money as these cost i was not impressed.

      Safety glasses are a personal preference in my books...why would you point out that when all they are doing is trying to help out everyone with DIY installation videos instead of paying a shop to do all the work...so like I said safety glasses are a personal preference.....he mentioned a lot of helpful tips that would benefit you and your machine in the future!!!! It's his eyes 🤷‍♂️ 🤷‍♂️
