LOVE this format! I love pyramid workouts because they are uniquely challenging but sometimes they get repetitive, love the no repeat style! Do you have a strength version? That would probably be killer! 💪🏻

I have lost over 30kg since the beginning of 2023 and your workouts have been so helpful. I can not thank you enough! I am now trying to maintain my weight and get stronger. Recently I feel that I can go beyond these 30 mins workouts but not sure how. For example should I add a bit of strength training before or after HIIT workouts like these. I would really appreciate your advice on increasing the intensity/duration of your workouts.

Wow, this one was challenging and feels sooooo good! I loved the breathing cue in the middle. Is may sound stupid, but sometimes it's confusing for me to know when to breathe in, and when to breathe out😅 Thank you, Amy, once again!

When you said "raise in serotonin" my brain thought of "rays in serotonin", like sunshine rays! I must say, this workout was a true mood-lifter after a low-energy and somewhat difficult day! Thank you for the hard work (on your end, and mine following you) and beautiful words of inspiration, Amy!

Great workout - I love the no repeat. Had to do a bit more low impact because of my covid cough LOL. But proud of myself for getting it done!
