Kristen looks fantastic. I started my Body Project journey in 2022 I think, during the height of the pandemic. I lost so much body fats but gained again when I went back to school. But I'm returning again. Kristen's progress is amazing from the first time I saw her in the "Low Impact" video.

My sister introduced me to body project on 8th September, 2024. I started their workouts combined with an aggressive Carnivore diet. I started out as a 148KG guy but as of today 4th November, 2024, i am weighing 134KG.
I lost a lot of weight with you friends, I weighed 135 and now 77, but here is a problem because of weight loss, there are sagging and I do not have dats and I exercise at home, I have a dunbel from water bottles, I have sagging in the thigh inside, a very annoying view, or I may be affected by it, because my sagging rate is not large, and the lower abdomen there is a slight sagging, and the arm is also due to lack of awareness and cognition. Next I get a difference if I improve in the form of sagging and skin, thank you, my life has changed because of you and my life has become healthy. ❤️❤️
Love Team Body Project . Scrolled through so many classes and this one is tops!!!! Been doing these workouts everyday at my own home personal gym and so much fun; yet challenging for you to feel the burn. I do two classes a day as I love them and feel my body changing for the better ! 💕💕💕
You guys all put on another great workout. Training and losing the weight I gained because I love the snacks too much. Thankyou Alex and Kristen you guys are all fabulous and helpful to losing weight. And moving on with stronger bodies.

This was awesome, I’m a pretty seasoned lifter and am trying to drop some pounds before I have a tummy tuck, this was awesome for people who need low impact. My knees can’t take any impact anymore, sadly. Thank you for this ❤
