I'm sorry to hear that Ethan. Congratulations on a fast shot and a starting position. Looks like you're setting yourself for an even better season next year
I am starting Lacrosse in the summer with little experience and I am training as much as possible. Your videos have helped me focus on what is really important when training. Thank you for your help. 2 things I would love a video on (I have only been subscribed for a short amount of time) is the difference between training for offense and defense and what that training is and I video on gaining field IQ while not actually being on the field. Thank you again!
Hey there! Super pumped to hear you are just starting out. Those are all great suggestions, and I will definitely be making videos on them in the future. Especially the field IQ!
I’m going to be buying a lacrosse stick and ball and wallball is something I knew abt and I was going to practices that as much as I can but learning how to catch and throw first
Hey. I can run fast but I can't run for a while. Is there any way to get me stronger and get better cardio? Also Right now I try to throw the ball 500 times on each side every day but are there any other stick practices I can do? Thanks!
Run more. The only way to increase your stamina is to run more. It’s hard and it is tiring but you need to practice running while tired over and over again.
Thanks for input. On a hard surface, they could definitely hurt your back. All the trainers I've ever worked with told me that sit ups were safe as long as you did them correctly. I guess it just depends on the person
I have so much time to make videos now. What do you want to see?
Lax Weekly your background
@@quinnmeyer27 great suggestion. never really thought of doing that, great idea!
Specific move compilations. Like split dodges, roll dodges, dodges from x, wing, alley etc.

I practiced for 3 years and shot 82 mph and my first season as a strarting position they cancelled the season. This is fanyastic!

Tuesday. Did you just subscribe? I can forward it to you if you didn't get it
Watch my last video. Thx for the support.
Look at Greg Gurenlian's plug and play video on how to build a training program. A great lax specific way to figure out how to workout.
tried signing up for the newsletter, but every time it says "did not pass security clearance", I cleared my cache but still had no luck
Dang - thank you for letting me know! Let me try to figure it out and I'll get back to you!
Ok sorry for the troubles once again. Should be fixed!
