I had lower back pain after pulling a muscle while doing yoga which turned to sciatica type pain. Though it took a couple of weeks of diligent use I am completely relieved of pain now.

I have been using castor oil with a few drops of Frankincense mixed in on my face for months. I also use a seperate bottle of pure organic hexane free castor oil on my eyes to eliminate floaters and dry eyes. At 75 people tell me "it must be genetic, your skin is so beautiful". Thank you dr. Berg for posting about castor oil. I discovered it by accident, back in 2017, I grew my hair so long as it saved it from dryness and breaking, using it as a mask before washing, I also mix it with the shampoo it blends perfectly. But this winter, when my face got so dry during the cold dry days, no moisturizer would help. I started putting castor oil on my face in the evening. I wake up with fresh skin and smooth skin. My skin is stronger and doesn't get as dry anymore. It helped me together with a warm pad or massager to heal my back pain. Also, I started rubbing it into my feet before sleep then put my feet in woven socks, until it absorbs. That was 3 months ago, and now my every night routine.I never ever since my childhood had such soft almost baby feet. Castor oil is amazing. Sticky and doesn't smell the best, yet absorbs in such a great way and is so helpful! When I give myself those treatments I sleep so well and wake up feeling better.

I’m very impressed that Dr. Berg specifically knows about Jamaican Black Castor Oil. Years ago, I used it regularly and definitely saw hair growth. After years of neglecting my body due to housing insecurity, I’m hoping that it will work again for me on my hair and my body in general.
Jamaican here😊It’s interesting how the people of the Caribbean and other territories have been using this for many decades and now it’s just being ‘discovered’ in a sense
No shade on your comment, but the older generation Americans traditionally use castor oil for everything, too. I learned about it as a child in the 70s, still use it for many things and taught my kids about it.
Very true. Just like seamoss and coconut oil. These things are what our parents, parents etc used for years and it was frowned upon as not good. But look at now.
Southern Black Americans used to use it all the time but we've gotten away from it as a whole. Some however, never got away from it and have passed it on

I used it on my eyelid psoriasis after using Castile soap first and it healed it. I use it on my face and the wrinkles just pop out like I’ve had filler. Use it on my knees and elbows too.

Just occasionally to cleanse the intestines.

ONE SIDE EFFECT is that if you apply a LOT of Castor Oil on the body, like a massage oil for instance, that your bowels will move!! anything applied on the skin goes directly into the blood stream, bypassing the liver that filters. Ingesting Castor Oil is an age-old method for relieving constipation. Thanks for the review of its Castor Oil's uses. It is a great remedy for many things. Also, adding Aloe Vera to skin products causes the product to penetrate the skin better. That is what Aloe Vera does. So don't put it in skin foundation for instance, but only in treatment mixtures.

@regina9565 I do it at least once a few times a month. Once a week preferably. Washing out is easy-- let the warm to hot water rinse over the head, and then wash & rinse twice. Your hair will feel like silk! My hair is quite fine, but I have noticed its strength has increased, and has thickened up. Wish I could post pictures here! ☺️

pure castor oil is thick and sticky. it is difficult to get absorbed. mix it with a carrier like coconut oil and heat up a little. don't cook or smoke. then apply it warm. gets absorbed faster.
It removed a lump on my upper back, right side (lymph)? when I had no health insurance. I kept applying it twice every day. It also reduces fibroids and cysts too. Use on a tampon or on a cloth over your pubic area. Good results after a few weeks.
I think its important to emphasize to not lather castor oil into long hair because it can become matted together and very difficult if not impossible to undo even with shampoo. I once read about a young lady with beautiful long hair and she had to cut it all off because it was one big clump. I guess my main point is don't use too much it can be hard to remove. And try to aim for oiling the scalp and avoid contact with hair directly.

I had lower back pain after pulling a muscle while doing yoga which turned to sciatica type pain. After reading the book “The oil that heals” by a physician, I started applying castor oil on my lower back and the whole leg. Though it took a couple of weeks of diligent use I am completely relieved of pain now.
That's the key you need to use it every day and you will see results in a couple months. Put cotton clothing on after applying..
I’ve been using as a moisturizer & went to a store with just minimal foundation. The two young women helping me (I am over 50 & guess they are half my age) commented at how soft & pretty my face was & said they’d not wear makeup ever if their skin looked as good.
How often do you apply and wash it off?

I have been using castor oil with a few drops of Frankincense mixed in on my face for months.

Does it cramp the stomach???
I have used it on skin tags to help remove them. I have used it on my eyelashes and eyelids. I had a big freckle on my nose and I applied it daily and it’s almost gone. I have also used it for a liver detox.
How did you use it for your liver?
Id love to know.
I drank it and went into labour , I was 42.5 weeks pregnant.
My doctor had me use castor oil to induce labor and my baby was born 20 minutes after the first contraction.
I was using castor oil for my hair, after the bottle was empty. I stop using and forgot about it. Now I ordered a new bottle and will used on my joint pains, hope that it helps 😮

I’ve been using it daily for only a month. Already seeing some results. My eyelashes are definitely longer & a little fuller. It also helps with my acne. So grateful I found this!
I have used castor oil for years thanks to my parents. My oldest sister has made an oil for years that has castor oil in it. Thank you Dr. Berg for your detailed information always. 🥰. (I sometimes combine with baking soda for a scrub).
That's great. Stay safe and healthy!
I had a staph infection and I used caster oil to help and it made a big difference!
Amazing!
Busy at work, I'm allowed to listen to podcasts etc., but I gotta take time to say: excellent as always!
I use this for a few applications. One of my favorites is rubbing it into my feet for swelling. This is amazing. Arthritis, sore joints. The releif is heavenly.
Thank you for sharing!
It will help grow your eyelashes and brows back, too.
Can you recommend what brand you use please thank in advance
Doesn't work for me, unfortunately
@@igoriapaz391 Jamaican Black Castor Oil, same as Doc in the video
Hello. Yes. Thanks for your comment.
I’m waiting to see results there?
Because of the videos here about castor oil i bought yesterday.
I tried it on my face, left it overnight, it became terrible. Some little acme became huge, my skin around my eyes became more wrinkled. I showed the spots on my face to my mom, that they became big, she said that my whole face seems puffy and inflamed. My experience with castor oil. Before i tried on my hair, it was ok but nothing miraculous.
