Today, I’m going to show you how to cleanse your liver in just three days.
I’ve tested many different liver cleanses, and most have left me sick in bed. But what I’m going to share today is different.
This natural liver cleanse is also different from the liver detoxes and liver cleanses I’ve mentioned in the past, like apple cider vinegar, lemon, or ginger-it’s even better.
To support and speed up liver detoxification, we need to trigger autophagy.
The best ways to trigger autophagy:
    1. Dry fasting
    2. Water fasting
    3. Calorie restriction
    4. Sleep
    5. Exercise
    6. Keto diet
    7. Phytonutrients
Dry fasting is one of the most powerful ways to trigger autophagy and truly cleanse the liver cells.
With dry fasting, you don’t consume any food or water. To cleanse the liver, you may want to consider dry fasting for a full day-starting at sunrise and ending at sunset.
The effects of just one day of dry fasting are equivalent to three days of water fasting.
    Additional benefits of dry fasting:
    • Enhanced immunity
    • Liver and kidney support
    • Mental clarity
    • Decreased inflammation
When the sun sets, you’ll eat your one meal for the day, which should consist of meat and cruciferous vegetables. These foods are also great for cleaning the liver.
Try dry fasting for three days of the month (they don't need to be consecutive) and see how you feel.
Before you start dry fasting, take bile salts or TUDCA, consume beets, or drink apple cider vinegar with water to help thin your bile. This can help prevent any negative liver detox side effects.

This man has transformed my life for the better. 8 months ago was an alcoholic, sedentary and overweight. After following his advise to the letter; intermittent fasting, exercising, adequate sleep, proper nutrition and being sober.
Now I am lean (with a 6 pack) and happy as a clam.
Thanks Doc now I will implement dry fasting.

This is how I reversed my NAFLD/insulin resistance. Autophagy fasting. 3 years of religiously triggering autophagy through fasting with intermittent 17 + hour fast/3 day fast along with exercise. And occasional water fast. Typical month for me would look like this. 2, 3-day fasts during the month, OMAD most days, 36 hour fast once a week, and all other days 17+ hours of fasting. It also reversed other health problems as well. My Fibro scan before keto and fasting I was stage F4… forgive me, but I can’t remember my cap score but what I do know is that now I am F0. My favorite way to dry fast is the following... last meal is done by 6:00 pm... go to bed like normal... at 5:45 in the morning have your coffee (black) if you are a coffee drinker, with a small glass of water - so you don't feel dehydrated by the coffee. Then at 6:00 do not have anything else, no water, no food, no nothing... all the way until 6:00 pm that night. You are doing a 24 hour fast (total) with 12 of that being a dry fast, for the equivalent of a 36-48 hour fast. I like to do this once every couple of months. Thanks Dr. Berg!

    • @shebreathesingold8043
      @shebreathesingold8043 7 วันที่ผ่านมา +8

But that is 24 hours without liquids (except for that coffee) whereas he recommended 12 hours. I wouldnt recommend this for anyone with kidney or liver problems. Water is very important. It would actually make more sense to count the 6pm-6am as DRY FASTING, with no water, then the next 6AM-6PM to include water. WATER FASTING. In total, you'd have the same 24 hour fasting, but half of it includes water.

I started with 16/8 intermittent fasting about three years ago.
I worked up to a steady 20/4 schedule. And once did a 24 hour fast by mistake.
Just this past May, I completed a 54 hour water fest.
    And I felt so great!
I wasn’t prepared going in, so I didn’t have vitamins that could take during my fast.
    I’m rambling
I just want to encourage anybody that is thinking about trying any type of fast… To go for it!

@@dear396 If you're asking if all people who call themselves Christians participate in fasting, the answer is a resounding No. Many so-called Christians do not fast at all and some have never fasted a day in their life, at least not on purpose.

Wow, all the Muslims rave about their fasting but the one Christian comment on fasting is insulted. I'm a Christ follower and I have fasted many times. Fasting and prayer is powerful. I fast and pray for the hostages.

What is the importance of eating at sundown? If your liver and kidneys are suppose to rest while you sleep and dry fast, wouldn't the one meal be better eaten after the 12 hour dry fasting? Just wondering?

    • @myownmasterpiece8788
      @myownmasterpiece8788 9 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

Eating at sundown is relative to a person's schedule. It's best to think, stop eating four hours before bed. Your body does its hardest cleansing and healing while sleeping; it's when the process of real weight loss happens. Don't go to bed with food in your stomach.
