My husband, a Pastor, and I both 70, did a Christmas Program at a local Nursing home and were SHOCKED to see people in their 60’s there! You are right about that. We are both in great shape. I do intermittent fasting daily, at least 16 hours but often longer. I am very pale and usually only went in the sun in the early evening even when we lived in far northern Wisconsin where in summer it stays light until after 9 p.m. Now in northern Florida no one can believe my age as my skin is smooth. I do have some eye crinkles when I smile but they don’t stay. I am still very pale and again only go in the sun either early morning, or usually very late afternoon and work outside until dark. Such good advice. Edited - and I use Vitamin E oil and Castor Oil as moisturizers. We have well water from an underground spring. We have free-range chickens who give us delicious healthy eggs. We also have a nearby grass fed beef farm where we get most of our meat. So very blessed.

An ordinary untreated piece of glass will reflect back 85% of the UV light, and in the case of double pane glass, the 2nd piece reflects back 85% of the 15% that got through the 1st piece of glass. Then factor in UV coatings that is present on most windows sold today, and it's game over! Thanks for watching out for us, Doc! I'm on my 2nd week of Reuteri, and bought Dr Davis' book, Super Gut. I discovered in the appendix there are 2 strains I can take for my recurring diarrhea that was induced by a hospital stay where they destroyed my microbiome with a powerful antibiotic. (I was there for a virus, not an infection). That was 3 years ago. Now I have hope because I am culturing those 2 strains. Keep up the good work!

Turning 60 was a huge and difficult birthday for me but I too feel 20 years younger because of a Keto lifestyle that I started just 3 years ago. Everyone has a great chance of sustaining youth with keto.
Keto made me age in 2020. Like I and others noticed. I quit keto and went to a low carb healthy diet and better now. Everyone is different I guess. Wild caught fish collagen is great stuff.
@Kauffman578 Some milestone birthdays are difficult. For me it was about mortality. Reflecting on 60 years of accomplishments and challenges while imagining how to live a "best" life ahead. It's a lot to process while blowing out all of those birthday candles.
I'm 26, and I'm very happy that I'm following açmost all of these advice already. I know it's not been too much time, but compared to many people I know of the same age I still feel like a teenager.
For the past 30+ years I’ve used Lily of the Desert aloe Vera juice as a facial moisturizer. It is light (similar to water), cheap and non oily. Occasionally I’ll add a pinch of moisturizer to the aloe during the winter months. I like it. Just thought I’d share.

You would be wise to consider that until age about 25 your will still be growing long-bone and brain, calories needs are greater than you might be if limiting diet.
I do many of the suggestions you mentioned here. For 2 years I’ve been doing “Face Yoga”: facial exercises along with cold exposure. It makes my face feel amazing! I’ll be 64 in January and I’ve been told I don’t look my age.
Speed Walk Monday-Friday 1 hour. Do dumbbell exercises, 5, 6 and 8lbs. Eat at 8 am and 4pm. Live in Puerto Rico and love the sun. Don’t get burned. Do not use moisturizer. Will be 70 in 2 weeks, God willing and people always comment that I do not look my age. Love your advice.
Dr. Eric Berg discusses anti-aging tips, including sun exposure benefits, avoiding harmful skincare products, increasing oxytocin through L. reuteri yogurt, cold immersion, exercise, and facial exercises. He challenges common misconceptions about sun avoidance and moisturizers.
The rule nr. 1 - don't tell yourself how many trips you have done around the sun. The age is not equal to a number of trips...You look great by the way. I like this video, thank you!❤

Anti-aging tips that actually work are hard to come by, so I’m always interested in learning more! Keeping my diet clean with steak and eggs has been a good start, but adding some supplements has really helped my skin and overall health. I found some effective options in a book called Secret Supplements that turn you into a Superhuman. One that’s made a big difference for my skin is collagen-it’s helped keep my skin firm and youthful.
Collagen didn't do anything for me. Taking vitamin D3 madeit feel less tight in a dry way, that was the singular good effect I had from taking anything.

Thank you Dr Berg. I’m age 76 and always looking for ways to feel and look younger. I always trust your practical and informative advice.
Thank you for all your talks and followed through your advices. I am into 70 and still healthy and energetic. You are a blessing to all your viewers.
I started making L.Reuteri yogurt after seeing your other video. It is DELICIOUS. Thanks Dr B.
Is there an alternative as I gag at yogurt milk etc😮
Dr Berg, could you please do a full follow up video on the L-Reuteri, detailing your personal experience with it , benefits you are noticing etc, it would be very interesting, I just made my first batch :)
Thankyou
I am 62. But people tell me I look like in my 40s after following your advice for one year! Reversed fatty liver disease, pre-diabetes, retinal degeneration… looking younger!
Please let me know how can I make l.reuteri in my country? As here I don't find much probiotics to make it😢
Excellent. Glad I was able to help you. Thanks for following my advice. Stay safe.
Go on Girl, love you
Omg, you Look amazing 😊
@@Pal3stin3ix_Lov3 See if iHerb or Amazon ships to your country. Biogaia Gastrus is one product with well-researched strains of L. reuteri.
Who knew sun exposure and oxytocin were the secrets to looking younger? Thanks for the tip, I’m trying it out right now!
Thank you Dr Berg! ❤
I have been making and eating L Reuteri yoghurt for about 3 weeks now after watching your video about it. Within days I experience huge improvement in my mood regulation. I feel so much calmer and at ease (used to have intrusive thoughts and compulsive thinking and tend to spiral down). I also sleep better. And this yoghurt didn’t trigger my lactose intolerance at all. I eat almost a cup everyday 😂 can’t wait to experience more health benefits. Thank you Dr Berg and Dr William! ❤
I turned 60 this year, and I lost 39 lb I feel fabulous, and I'm on my way to looking fabulous!
Well done 👏👏👏👏👏
Good job. Are you doing keto or Intermittent fasting?
@@DrbergPlease how can I reverse hollow temple naturally?
@Drberg both. I usually eat my fermented veggies in the morning and my one meal around 3. @@Drberg
Great demo. I'm 62 and like you Dr. Berg I'm aging gracefully. Here's why: never smoke never drank Walk every single day Eat healthy while foods and my children and grandchildren are the same My mother age 88 still the active healthy lady I've ever known. None of us believe in meds We believe food is our medicine Go ahead world and do the same It's called discipline and rewards are higher than any Marriott award lol
Any suggestions for a good food for high cholesterol? I been eating healthy and my cholesterol is high
@ my suggestion would be to google foods for high cholesterol and pick from the ones you'd enjoy. Our taste buds can be different. As long as the food is good for you it will help you. Reading and studying is important and help us reap great benefits

Yes on the UV and glass thing!
IF + whole foods + Exercise does wonders. Thanks to you for educating us.
Wholefoods are posion
Wow you look amazing, for a 59 year old, you have changed my life, my health. Thanks so much.
Bought me a yoghurt maker after watching your last vid with the doctor. Can't wait to start this
I’m a redhead. I hate sunscreen so I usually go to the beach after 2/3 pm.
I only use olive, avocado, or coconut oil & sometimes essential oils as a moisturizer for my face. They work great!
Thx Dr. Berg!
Please stop doing this, you are running your skin
@@shorika Wrong. I am in the sun daily every summer, getting a good tan using only coconut oil. I'm now 62 years old, no wrinkles, and my students currently guess my age between 40-45 years old.
@@shorika I don’t use the oil at the beach. I only use it after I shower or before I apply makeup.
As a fair complected redhead, I only tried one year (17yrs old) to get a tan and it wasn’t worth it. No one believed I had a tan unless I showed them my tan lines.😆
Tallow,is also amazing for skin ❤❤
@ My sister just started using tallow on her skin. I suppose I need to get some!
You started me on the low carb path 3 years ago. I am 66 but feel a lot younger. I also lost weight. Thankyou for all your excellent advice.
Being from India. I understand how much Sun is important. In fact we see God in him. And you are great Dr Berg.
I felt the same when I turned 60 a year ago. I look 10 years younger and have the energy and zest of a 30 yo still expanding my life and challenging my brain. So much of aging is in the mind. Stop looking at ads and how women over 40 are portrayed in TV and movies.
Sleep is the most important
sun, sleep, fasting, low stress, no synthetic chemicals on the skin
And sports....
@@Train.Fast.Read.Sleep.Repeatyou need to train. It brings down your heart rate and improves your blood pressure.
Sports are much more important then then the advice in this video.
For exsmple there is no scientific evidence for keto being healthier then a normal healthy diet with slow carbs.
It helps you lose weight. That's it.
Agreed
And moisturizer, morning and night, preferably one with SPF 30. Try Olay Regenerist.
I want so much a Dr Berg in my life!!!❤❤❤
I adore him!!!💜💜💜💜
Who doesn't?!
i think my wife gets tired of hearing me always say "Dr. Berg says...." but my wife looks our age, but i am like Dr Berg and look and feel 20 years younger than my actual age..... thank you Dr. Berg.
He looks 60. Stop being delusional
Thank you Eric truly! Whatever FDA says I try to avoid it. I found myself in this rabbit hole of so many industry lies when I read "The 23 Former Doctor Truths". Its no wonder why Doctor left her career.
thanks for sharing that
iim checking it out now
thanks
You are god actually so much valuable information you share ..please talk more about menopause, perimenopause, skin issues.
I go by "if you wouldn't eat or drink it, don't put it on your skin" because it goes straight into your system
I live in a super sunny place in Australia and never use sunblock, doesn't taste very nice
Hey Doc ! I've been following you since you had a few millions followers, you now have 13 Mils and this is thanks to your content which we all benefit from free of charge but still, you're doing pretty good
As for me, I still can't accept the fact that I'm going to be 58 this year, jeez Though I don't feel like the regular 58 years old, may face may show it but not my body, as matter of fact I'm athletic fit, always have been, since young age, eating well and exercising, as far as I know I'm only intimidated by the sea/ocean, I suck in the water period. Grateful for your educational content Doc
I’ve purchased Reuteri since you’ve mentioned it in an earlier video, but I’ll consider a yogurt maker.
Thank you for your advice, always! It has pulled me out of many dark places!
Did the same, and I actually noticed an improvement in my mood. It's weird, but if it works, it works.

But yes he does look great even his hair...he unto something!
I've been swimming since my 51 to now 69, basically 2 or 3 days a week, since I Love Bioquemistry I do eat healthy but am not a fanatic either, intermitent fasting is incredible and combined with intense excercises is superb, I most appreciatte Erick , I consider him as a Doctor, as a friend, showed me many good things about myself I did'nt know, thank YOU soooo much for all your good or better to say, wonderfull advices. Use organic avocado, coconut and castor oils. Mix em up and apply to your skin before bed for a refreshing look. Also, get sun!! 45m here, look younger by people telling me
Good suggestion. I do a nice steam after applying sometimes and it makes a big difference.
if you want to look younger. dont get sun
Swap out avocado oil for aragan oil.
Don't get sun is the worst advice. Just Don't over do it.
@@TH-camCensorsMetrue
I didn't look old until I hit my 70s. I use to look like I was in my 40s when I was in my 60s. I agree with the sun thing. I started selling at flea markets and I'm pretty sure it was the sun that made my skin age over night.
I need NO MEDs, born in 55 my Mom always told us to go OUT AND GET SOME SUN when we had any illness! She was a fan of Margret Mead...very smart lady I'm so grateful for my mom
I love that
I can see you stopped aging from 2019 since you started promoting keto and IF and I feel the same since I started following you ❤
Turning 60 was a huge and difficult birthday for me but I too feel 20 years younger because of a Keto lifestyle that I started just 3 years ago. Everyone has a great chance of sustaining youth with keto.
Keto made me age in 2020. Like I and others noticed. I quit keto and went to a low carb healthy diet and better now. Everyone is different I guess. Wild caught fish collagen is great stuff.
Autophagy by Intermittent Fasting is the most important factor along with healthy diet and healthy mind.
Why was it a difficult birthday? Another year of life.
@Kauffman578 Some milestone birthdays are difficult. For me it was about mortality. Reflecting on 60 years of accomplishments and challenges while imagining how to live a "best" life ahead. It's a lot to process while blowing out all of those birthday candles.

Just made my first batch of the yogurt. Excited to try it. Thx Dr Berg!
You look good dr. Berg.
Yep, I took the advice from a previous video and I’m making the yogurt as we speak! It’s my 4th batch and I eat 1/2 cup on an empty stomach everyday. It’s not only delicious but it’s so good for you! Thanks for the info doc 😄
I am 18 years old and I do intermittent fasting for 20 hours every day and do sprinting exercise and I exposure to the sunlight for 30 minutes every day and eat healthy and I do cold shower every day and now I feel so healthy

I do many of the suggestions you mentioned here. For 2 years I’ve been doing “Face Yoga”: facial exercises along with cold exposure. It makes my face feel amazing! I’ll be 64 in January and I’ve been told I don’t look my age.

This is so spot on thank you -I’m now the same age as people I’ve seen in nursing homes too -thanks for your work -you are an inspiration
Which brand/type of collagen do you use?
I'm taking collagen daily for my skin. Also hyaluronic acid.
Collagen didn't do anything for me. Taking vitamin D3 madeit feel less tight in a dry way, that was the singular good effect I had from taking anything.
Nitric oxide is the holy grail 😮
0:29 tuyệt
For moisturizers, I use beef tallow. It doesn’t smell and it’s full of collagens.
That's good. Keep it up.
@ thank you, you are the best!
Over the last two years you have helped me lose 85lbs, increase strength, and improve mental clarity significantly! Thank you so much for your videos helping to help my health and immune system so much!
