    I don't usually comment but wanted to share that apple cider vinegar applied daily to both skin tags and warts will cause it to lift off the skin. If u are consistent with it, it will quickly get to the point where there is just a tiny bit of it still attached and you can just pull it off. I really hope this helps someone.

I remembered having it cauterized and I was traumatized and didnt want to go through that again and all that stress. I tried putting a slice of garlic and povidone iodine 10% wound solution and wrapped it with bandaid. I wasnt sure if you were just supposed to squeeze the garlic juice or leave the garlic 😂 after a week, the wart on my thigh fell off. The one on my skin peeled off along with the black seed spots. My finger wart is now flat and im extending for another week since there’s still a little bit left. Thank you so much im so grateful.

    Thank you for sharing this! My doctor burned off a skin tag on my neck that was getting irritated from clothing. He told me it was no big deal, caused by a strain of HPV and almost everyone has it. But then I recently learned it’s from insulin resistance. So good to know my doctor wasn’t completely wrong but wish he told me more about the insulin resistance. I’m now doing low carb diet.

    • @dod2304
      @dod2304 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      you can have both insulin resistance AND HPV. Haven't you been tested for HPV? You should be! It's important to be proactive for our health. If your Dr. told you that you have HPV I'm wondering if that was an assumption? If he truly thought that, he should've recommended you be tested asap if you hadn't been and have a Pap test as some strains of HPV do cause cervical cancer. All the medical literature I've read indicates that skin tags in your genital area "may" be due to HPV, but not always, by any means.Sometimes they're caused by persistent irritation due to underwear or clothing etc. The groin/genital area is where you'd find HPV related skin tags. The chances of one on your neck being due to HPV are very slim.

    • @mbatista5891
      @mbatista5891 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      That's true in my case. I was tested for HPV and don't have it. Lowering sugar helps. Using apple cider vinegar with real copper pennies kills skin tags warts and fungal infections. You want to pour a cup of apple cider vinegar in a glass jar and find some pennies that were made from 1982 and before (those ones have real copper).
      Clean them then put them in the apple cider vinegar and leave them for about 3 days until you see the solution turning darker.
      What that does is the apple cider vinegar takes copper off the pennies into the solution so you can use with cotton balls or put in a spray bottle. Your very own homemade copper spray.

      When I think of it, I have had a high sugar diet most of my life and skin tags from an early age.
      I didn't know of any of these folk remedies for removing them, and so I just did what my mother advised - gave them enough of a twist to make them bleed inside, and they fall off in a day or two.
      But I have been weaning myself off sugar since just before Christmas, and the skin tags that constantly came up on my chest have not reappeared.

    I had a mole that many doctors mistook for a wart until I had it biopsied. I had it frozen multiple times but it always grew back. I couldn't get rid of it for over 30+ years. I tried every home remedy- apple cider vinegar, banana peels, home removal kits, etc. Finally I stumbled upon dry ice, a removal treatment that works. Dry ice is not as cold as liquid nitrogen, but is cold enough to destroy a mole or wart. It is cheap and extremely effective. The doctors failed because they always left a bit of the mole that would grow back. I found that 10 second applications of dry ice usually work.. I also had multiple moles on my back that I completely removed with this treatment.

    I had a wart very close to my eye where the lashes grow. My skin doctor told me he could remove it but there was a chance that a) it grows back b) the procedure would destroy a tear canal and/or the lashes in that area😳Then I decided to try something: I dabbed a Q-Tip into undiluted Tea tree oil put that on my wart approximately 3-5 times a day plus the same with ACV. After a few days the wart grew softer and pale and a few weeks later it was gone completely and never came back! That’s 9 years ago…I know that’s just anecdotal but it would hurt to try…speaking of hurt: if you are careful neither ACV nor tea tree oil burn and even when I got it in the eye occasionally it was no problem ever! There’s no way ACV in the eye (accidentally) will not burn.
      Applying ACV on the face skin (cheeks and/or forehead) will cause a minor burn in the eyes for few seconds; unless eyes are closed for few seconds during and after applying it.

Although it may be a little complicated for the "regular Joe" (like myself) to understand and remember the so many things involved in everyday issues concerning our basic health and well-being, it is something that everybody should be able to have access to. It is greatly appreciated. It's a shame that some of your content is being censored by TH-cam, but it also can be seen as a badge of honor, in my opinion. I had a plantar wart on my foot which was very deep and painful. I tried all the regular methods which did not work.
    I came across a study out of Iraq which showed that low zinc levels were a problem. I started taking zinc gummies and the thing just disappeared with no sign that it had been there.
    I also tried the garlic iodine on a large mole and it came off.

    One day I woke up to two skin tags on my chin. I was going to cut them off but someone quickly advised me not to. Luckily it was during the beginning of COVID and we were on lockdown. They made me very insecure and l thought I would have to live with them forever. I also got a wart under my left eye that showed up years before. Not too big but noticeable. I started to research skin tags last year and just like the Dr. said here, it can be caused by high insulin. So I decided to cut all the sugar out of my diet and started fasting at night. I would have my last meal before 5 pm and breakfast around 7 am. And guess what, my skin tags turned black and fell off lol The first one fell off in two days. The other took about a month. I still have the wart but it has shrunk in size. Now it looks like a beauty mark lol I will try the garlic and iodine to see it that will make it go away but it looks much better. I hope this helps someone.❤

    You really are a treasure, Dr Berg! So grateful to have you on my radar.
    One method that works well for skin tags, for some strange reason, is to freeze them. I had some scar tissue from a wound on my wrist. I noticed a bump growing on it, very small. Another one came up on the other wrist, then another. They were hard bumps. My female Iranian doctor said it was some kind of benign virus. She took out the Liquid Nitrogen can and froze off 2 bumps, but not the 3rd one. It stung. The freezing of skin feels like a burn. A week later, the 3rd bump just disappeared!!!!! It did not scab off, fall off, nothing. It receded back like a wave into the sea, no sign of it anymore. Amazing.
    She said that when you freeze them off, the virus goes into remission. I never had a single bump ever again.
    So freezing them also works! Same principle as the iodine and garlic juice, the virus hates it so crawls back into its hole or leaves.
    This is such good info, many thanks! Going over to your website now.

    • @spocksvulcanbrain
      @spocksvulcanbrain 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Freezing is a good option. Your doctor was wrong about the virus going into remission or "crawling back" (somewhere?). That's not why they don't return. Warts are caused by the infection of the dermal layers of the skin by one of the several viruses that cause warts. These viruses stay in the dermal layers of the skin and do not go deep or into the blood. Thus removing the infected tissue also removes the virus. By freezing, you almost certainly denature the virus so that when the wart falls off eventually, the virus goes with it. Healthy, non-infected tissue grows from below to replace the surface cells. This is why freezing usually leaves no scars and is quite effective in "curing" warts. Happy to know it worked for you.

    For those who safely know how to use the Plasma Pen, they can be vaporised. It's best to ask a doctor or dermatologist to have your skin checked over first. People are more prone to lesions as we get older. Skin tags can be through friction rubbing on clothes, but there are lots of unknown reasons and causes. It can also be the other extreme from oily skin why you might get other types of lesions.

      I was wondering this too. All brands of AHCC I see for sale are in capsules. So, was he suggesting we remove the compound from the capsules and mix it with the iodine and garlic and, if so, how much? Conversely, was he just suggesting to take the pills in addition to doing the iodine/garlic method? I suspect the latter. But it would be great to hear from the doctor himself.

It turned into a flesh devouring, tag gobbling concoction! My partner has really sensitive skin so that may not happen to everyone. We're going to try it again, but use a corn removing pad to keep the medicinal substance to just the skin tag, and hopefully minimize the contact on the healthy skin. Nice to have a natural remedy that is really powerful. Thanks Dr. Berg :)

    great video! I used castor oil and baking soda 50/50 mix and a bandaid on a plantar wart, (I also put couple drops of tea-tree oil as well). It took about 3 weeks before I notice a change, but I was pretty amazed when I could basically scrape most of it off with the back of a pair of scissors. Mix up half n half ratio in very small jar n it will keep several wks to a month too.
      For every tsp garlic, use 1 tsp oil. Stir very well. Keep in fridge n it will harden too. Easy to apply.

    HPV has slowly risen since the 80s. They used to say 50 percent of the population had it, but after the HPV vaccines the numbers are nearly 100 percent. They gave everyone this disease and they admitted in court in the late 80s that vaccines were necessary and damaging, but couldn't be sued. This is where we are today.
