There is absolutely no vit D in milk, yogurt, buttermilk & soy milk & products unless they are FORTIFIED with vit D. Yes mushrooms exposed to sunlight will have Vit D but it’s not sufficient to meet your daily requirements.

nuts are good source of protein, but nutrients get diluted in milk extracted. and nuts arent good source of vitamin d. if one is not lactose intolerant, milk should be consumed - its wholesome and rich drink provided its pure

I get my vitamin d throw the sun, winter time, i use boron,magnesium, calcium to transport vitamin d in the winter time. Milk is for cows, walnut milk is for human, also good for the brain. Hemp milk also good. We have to be careful what we put in our body, we have to help one another bc the FDA let everything go through, then say they recalling something.

Vitamin D in soya is D2 cannot be absorbed. Most plant sources are vitamin D2. Unfortunately supplements are to be consumed for vegetarians.

Put the water in your plants. Do not drink it
rinse them well once soaking done, dont consume it as it then contains phytic acid
