      @@listenyourbody_Sajida sorry I disagree with eating meat. There’s a lot of meat eaters out there that have very low iron.
      And it takes a good health profession to find the cause of the deficiency.
      But unfortunately most doctors treat the symptoms and not the cause, And that’s why the patient will always be low in iron the minute they stop the pills. And the pills also causes lots of other problems.
      All from my experience.

      You always learn something new, I am anemic and I have been having all the symptoms the shortness of breath, tingling in my hands and feet and headaches, dizziness am so grateful to learn all these things.
      I got up immediately and made the beets, carrots, I got the Spinach and lemon juice, I have started on eating more green.
      I usually eat healthy, 68 years old on no medication and i walk a lot.

    H Pylori infection is a major cause since most people have it. This bacteria lives off your iron and most people will have lower ferritin even though they have normal hemoglobin and the diagnosis is iron deficiency without anemia. Another cause is people taking PPIs (acid reducing medications) on a frequent basis. Excellent video!

    One of the things you didn't mention for good acid levels in your stomach to aid in digestion is not drinking during or right after meals, even drinking just before your meal is not a good idea, cause you wash away your stomach acids which is used in digestion. So maybe no drinking maybe half hour before and after meals, and no drinking during meals

    Dr's automatically tried to put me on PPI or Acid blockers because they assume my acidity level is too high. I subscribe to your diagnosis that my acid is too low. Is there a home test I can do to determine which of the two is my difficulty? I do eat clean for many years have been off gluten & dairy, 25 to be exact. I can no longer afford a naturopath or functional medicine dr which are the only ones that really help me. Thank you for your video's, very grateful you are sharing your expertise/knowledge with us all. BTW, I don't think Moringa tastes bad.

    But there are many doctor who say do not use citric fruits like lemon or apple vineger when you have ulcer. It is best for digestion but not to use in the case of ulcer otherwise It will be more harmfull. There are more ways to make the digestion better.
    Cabbage is the best cure for ulcer and HCL (Hydro cloric acid) for acid reflux. Other things mentioned in this videos are also good. Just sharing what i learned. Everyone should do a comperative study first.

      Yes fermented foods are good to heal the gut. Kimchi keifer buttermilk.
      When I had stomach ucers it was so bad I had to go on a strict diet before any healing could take place; cutting all smoking & alcohol for one.
      Then stuck to easy to eat & digest foods, jello (nothing red), lots of jar baby food, small amounts of cream, milk, milk products; for 30 to 60 days. It was grueling but vomiting anything with tomato or citrus was the worst.
      Stay away from those foods, no chili, no salsa, nothing spicy, no spice, no very little salt; no corn products, no pizza, or product with tomato sauce. Use sauces made with quality cheese, garlic and cream or milk & butter. Steak in small portions, salads, mashed potatoes......
      Just letting one know what worked for me.
      Oh, I also stay away from anything or anyone that causes stress and learned various ways to relax, meditate and tai chi. 😊

    I had experiences that i cant breath two times and I have this sever heartburns almost everyday so I always take PPIs until i found out that those that I take to get rid of the and help ease my acid reflux are iron blockers. I search that the cause of it all is the bacteria in your stomach called H Pylori will make the acidity become alkaline, a low acid. And if it get worse you will have auto immune disease, I think I also have that coz of my skin have always allergies specially during cold weather. My doctor only prescribed me iron supplement and PPI but my acid reflux get worse. When i found out all the root cause of this suffering, I stop taking the meds and eat the proper diet to eliminate this acid reflux and the shortness of breath. i made my own moringa capsules, and take the iron with folate that is not so acidic, vitamin b12 and I eat salads, fish and fruits like papaya and guava, and sweet potatoes and made my own fermented cucumbers for prebiotics. And I feel better now but I will still continue this diet till I will die. Thank for sharing your knowledge. It will help a lot of people suffering from this illness.

      You are SO RIGHT! Mostly all doctors are on WRONG path w their patients. Yes, when we find the way for us which is good, it is something we must stick w for life. I also had h pylori, VERY BAD because also have hiatal hernia. I keep a GREAT diet, but need to get the stomach acid UP..l doubt my GI w go w the plan but it's PASSED the point w me where just the limes, ACV, etc w work. I think l have many stomach issues.

      Dr Eric Berg youtube channels has good videos on this. Essentially you need betaine hcl as heart burn medication can inhibit iron and magnesium absorption. H pylori also inhibits iron absorption. Bread and caffeine can also inhibit iron absorption. But watch Dr berg videos.

      @@ruhinakazi111 avoid eating bread, cakes (something that has flour and grains and high in sugar foods), corn, pork, fried foods and rice. Eat only fish, vegetables and fruits not including bananas, it makes me sick everytime I eat banana. If i don’t feel hungry i don’t eat. Don’t drink coffee, tea and juices that are not natural, all foods that are processed avoid them. You can make your own natural juices, use honey as sweetener. Yogurt helps, eat it in an empty stomach, wait for one hour if you get hungry coz if eaten mixed with other food, it will make your stomach acidic. Salads and nuts is also good. Avoid foods that could trigger your acid reflux. I love dishes with moringa or green leafy vegetables too. Take supplements vitamins B12 and iron dont take vitamin C it will trigger your acid reflux. Get your vitamin c from fruits. Chicken liver and beef is also good for you, then cook your meals in cast iron pan. Start making fermented foods such as cucumbers, carrots and kimchi you can search it in TH-cam University 😄. And also get your vitamin D from the sun. Im not an expert or doctor, I’m just sharing this to help those who suffer from low hemoglobin. Hope this helps.

    Please do a medical check-up for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) as your symptoms may be originating from a Hiatal Hernia and/or an H. pylori infection (this is the bacteria that causes stomach ulcers - I had to do an endoscopy with biopsy to confirm this as it did not show in my blood or stool even though it was in my stomach). You would be surprised how problems with your gastrointestinal tract affect your overall well-being. Symptoms may include unexplained weight loss and difficulty gaining weight, iron deficiency, anemia, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, loss of appetite, shortness of breath, sudden severe cold, palpitations (high pulse), high blood pressure or even slightly low blood pressure.

    Eating fresh is much more effective and real food instead of using powdered products because they’re mostly oxidized.
