    A good tip is to try and get sweaty fast....it really Helps you stick to the wall on the wall squats to make it easier😁💀

    Well, I made it through 45 minutes. I made a choice to exercise. Even though I did not make through the whole work out I did work hard. I am sweating a lot. It has not been the best day. I am an emotional eater. I was sitting on the couch eating an apple. I said to myself eating not going to make things better. I started to pray. Then, I got off the couch and started the video. I am glad I did because I feel better but physical. I cannot change the circumstance but I can move forward and trust God.

      Thats the attitude!!. Even if you dont finish every time, just showing with the honest disposition to try... is a triumph. Persistance is the key to success!

      The back against the wall exercises killed me everytime, apparently I don't have any muscles there xD
      I think the thing is to set objectives and get better little by little not necessarily do everything like her & her toned muscles from day 1.

    Full body bodyweight only workouts by Caroline are much harder than you think. No weights doesn't mean easier. No weights means more concentrated mind muscle connection. Thank you Caroline for this great session today. Part of my week of workouts while you're having a wee break August 2022.

    Focusing more on slowing down this week and this was a great hour workout. Might have been slower however do not be fooled; carrying your own body weight slowly is much harder than you think! Thanks Caroline for all of these fabulous workouts; every single one of them adds value our mental and physical wellbeing x

    This was my first CG workout, I'm 51, a little overweight but active. I could do 75% of the exercises and had no trouble modifying for the rest. I was left feeling well worked out all over and a little quivery. I'll definitely do this one again. Thanks!

    I'm addicted to this workout! Came across your channel three weeks ago and I can't get enough of your fabulous workouts. I mainly do the low impact and strength training workouts (not a fan of jumping or burpees - I'm a 53 year old mum of three adult children)

    Caroline, I want to share with you this week's progress.
    I started your (strong and lean) series, besides your HIIT series.
    I also was doing some extra (abs) 10 - 15 minutes a day.
    I aimed to have regular focused strength training, as I can't go to the gym, I wanted to see results, and how I am gonna get more strength in my whole body, and The HIIT comes on time to see how powerful moves I can do in a short time.
    It worked so well, but I am a nerd person when it comes to training. I always keep working out even if my body is tired, But I couldn't make it to day 5 in both series, I finally listened to my body, this was yesterday.
    I preferred to take a break, just 30 minutes of light workout.
    And here are some notes ..
    1- This week I start fasting (on Wednesday) so I did the strength training just right before (breaking my fast), and the HIIT was after eating 3 - 5 hours.
    2- I was making sure to work on different parts in my body in both training, so if the strength for the upper body, then the HIIT is for the lower body.
    3- I did the low impact moves when I felt tired or unable to do the hard one.
    4- I stretched for 30 minutes every day.
    5- My diet was clean, has a lot of veggies and fruits, lean meat (fish and chicken) and good carbs after the strength workout, I reduced the amount of caffeine as I fast for more than 12 hours, so I need a lot of water in my body during the day.
    I just want to say, I had never been happy with a day-off, I learned this from you, these few minutes before each workout, your small tips are very helpful and inspiring.
    Today, I did another 30 minutes of stretching and it was Amazing, but you know! I am that kind of person who really likes to move her body, I was waiting for today workout, I doubted if I can do it or not! I start it, and I felt great! very refreshed, very focused, very happy.
    I can say my mindset towards training and working out has changed a lot because of you, thank you for what you do, I aim for more progress with you Caroline..
    I am waiting for more GREAT results mentally and physically, and I will share it with you dear, inshallah.

    Been looking for something to do indoors because it's 110° where I live so walking/running outside hasn't been a great option, this was a great steady state option without needing any cardio equipment. Really enjoyed it, thank you!

    I done this beauty again today. I know it’s rest day on the 10 weeks plan but I like to keep just 1 rest day a week so this one was a bonus!! 400 kcal burned, that was a killer for legs definitely ❤️❤️❤️

    After the Burpees Killer came the Wallsit Killer absolutely brilliant.👋 Despite my athrosis
    I did it, which would not have been possible last year. But you, dear Caroline, are training a lot of leg muscles with us.💕👍
    I also found the other hold exercises very demanding, because you have to consciously pay attention to your body tension and keep it
    And always, the first thing you have is a smile for us. You don't need words, your gestures and exercises speak for themselves 😇 Thank you for the intense video
    For me the most beautiful word of the week, if at the end DONE always appears 😀 and you are just happy with us that we did it

    Great work out.Just rehabing after I fractured a couple of bones in my wrist some weeks ago. Have previous hip replacement and found work out fine except side planks where I dropped to elbows. Aged 68 so cannot expect to be as good as I was when younger..but love to exercise.Thank you.Stay well and safe.

    Hi Caroline, I tried this work out for the first time it was amazing, thank you. I have bad knees so it was nice to not jump around & focus on the muscle groups. I also simplified a few of the moves when my knees started to hurt but feel like jelly right now. I feel every muscle in my body waking up lol. Thank you once again :)

    As a 55 year old of almost 15 stone a lot of this was beyond my capabilities but I did what I could for as long as I could. The first half an hour was mostly ok but then weak core and arms let me down. I'm a work in progress and trying is better than not. Thank you.

    what a genius format, it really went by fast! (i think due to the format of 1 specific hold every 3d exercise and split up in legs - arms - abs)
    Simply perfect if you need something slow, low impact, no equipment!!! (hardly to find on yt)

    Done! Workout checked for the day. I had been doing HIIT for the last several years and just last year started to alternate other type of workouts like low impact full body, strenght sessions, some cardio here and there , 30 min stretching sessions, etc. I have to say this one was really different amd original and also quite challenging even though I'm not a beginner. Thanks for putting it together I loved going through every single move and pushing myself harder with every hold.

    Oh my God I just completed the one hour workout without any interruption .... I am burning now and my knees r paining.... Do I have to use the knee pad for next work outs? Dear r amazing ... I feel now more energized and invigorated ... thanks dear and now look forward another one hour workouts during next week.....

I injured my knee sadly and I’m still dedicated to working out fully but it’s hard with not many knee friendly tough workouts , just and idea 💡 I’m sure there are a bunch of us in the same boat .
