That is literally the first ever deck i've bought in my life... I remember when i was a kid that i went to a nearby store after saving up enough money to buy this deck.. It was around 40 euros when it first came out (Which was a insane price)... I still have the deck in 1 one of my tins..
I was 11 years old when I bought my first starter deck.

this was my first yugioh product ever
Does anyone else remember getting this deck in a value box when they were a kid? I did, and the value box was made of clear plastic. The inside of the box was sectioned off into six different rectangles. There were two wider rectangles at the top, and four narrower rectangles just below them. Essentially, you could use the value box to hold six different Yu-Gi-Oh decks. Anyway, when I got the value box, along with Starter Deck Kaiba Evolution, there were some Ultra Pro card sleeves and a Yu-Gi-Oh necklace. Please, can anybody relate to this?
Side Note: The artwork on the back of the card sleeves I got was done by Larry Elmore.

The Riryoku Field in this deck has a misprint. They spell spell with 3 l's.

You should do kaiba vs yugi duel using the cards from all three of the starter deck versions for each character to build the ultimate starter deck for yugi and kaiba. The ultimate starter deck showdown.
I think D. Tribe is suppose to help with Lord of D so if you have some non dragons on the field you use D. Tribe and with Lord of D they'll be unaffected by spells and traps even himself

You can also combo with burst breath
You and Alex could have a duel between Yugi and kaiba, where you can only use cards they used in the anime, and maybe only have 1 copy of most cards in the decks.

Hey Roman, I like the virieety of intros, but I'd love to see the classic intro back. (It's also my fav)
Also, I'd like you to see making Dec profiles with different Archetypes together with Alex and then Duel. Not only anime characters duels or Yugi VS Kaiba.

I won't lie, I ran ookazi when I was a kid. And while I'm pretty sure I would have won ten times more if I had a card in my deck that actually did something, ookazi did win me a few games.
Roman! Good news! I bought a box of Star Pack: VRAINS and I have all 50 cards, and most of them have their starfoil rare cards. I even pulled the Decode Talker!!

Ookazi translates as "Great Fire"
Not sure why they had to modify the Japanese name into another Japanese word because the Japanese name is actually "Great Fire of Day and Night" adding "Chuuya" to the name.

I don’t recall y’all ever doing a Joey vs Kaiba duel. I personally would really enjoy seeing that. I always loved the duels between them because I always root for the underdog. Or even a Zane vs kaiba or Cyrus vs Joey .

Kaiba's Decks were definetly better back in the day because he had so many beatsticks like Genie or sea horse kaiser. 4 Star monsters with very high ATK to destroy the Opponent. Kaiba's Decks also contained many good spells and traps wich improved the monsters or destroyed the card's of the opponent. Yugi's Decks represent the entire anime in the best possible way. It contains many iconic monsters that are associated by people when they think of yugioh

The bad thing about the two decks share slot of cards and not all cards used by either Duelist. We still waiting on cards from the show.

Well, that's what happens. Games need to keep going up, or else they'll hit a point where each new set is irrelevant. Hence why other card games ban old sets.
Atsuko Kagari but to the point where every other duel is a OTK duel is ridiculous.
Well I mean these weren't good decks in 2004, but like Powercreep happens, especially in non-rotating card games, but the power creep is a bit up there, but you gotta hope for the best
Jurrac Guiaba even if they just bumped up the LP it would make it so much more enjoyable
