M90 Supercharged Crown Vic - Part VI

Re-Releasing previously released videos of the Junkyard M90 Supercharger build on the manual 5 speed swapped 2010 Crown Vic. See already released videos demonstrating this setup running 7 PSI and 1.37 VE on a Ford 4.6L 2 Valve.
In this video we finish fabrication of the last items necessary to complete fabrication. We make a few pieces to finishing up the project, like the EGR adapter block, complete the adapter plate, and review the Pulley sizes and why those sizes were selected. We also complete some initial assembly and painting.
In Part VII we will install this on the car and perform the first start. After that, we will fast forward in time to the present, to go over lessons learned from running this setup, and probably start the tuning series.

Awesome video! I can’t wait to start machining mine, I got side tracked with a c4 corvette, but hopefully soon I will make my version of this. Thanks for the amazing info, it has really helped me get an idea on how to do this for my setup!

Wondering what you would charge to install one of these exactly like you have here of the M90 was provided?

@@radicalizedoffline1103 no less than $5k lol. The amount of work needed was very high.
I’ve been thinking about a way to produce it more easily. The challenge is the intake manifold.
