M90 Supercharged Crown Vic - Part III

Re-Releasing previously released videos of the Junkyard M90 Supercharger build on the manual 5 speed swapped 2010 Crown Vic. See already released videos demonstrating this setup running 7 PSI and 1.37 VE on a Ford 4.6L 2 Valve.
In this video we are working through winter time, and in order to keep the car on the road while still making progress on the build, we source an entire engine from a junkyard 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis with 93K miles to use as a template.
For our purposes, the 2004 MGM engine is the same as the 2010 CVPI, but we will review some differences. We begin placement of the supercharger, throttle body, injectors, fuel rails, intake manifold and adapter plates on the engine and begin a plan for how to proceed on the fabrication required for this install and review some fitment concerns on the car.
In part IV we will review the pulleys, select and install the drive pulley on the crankshaft and complete the lower intake manifold fabrication.

Being in California I have never had worked in a garage so cold…jeez. BTW my 5 speed goes in next week.
