  • Re-Releasing previously released videos of the Junkyard M90 Supercharger build on the manual 5 speed swapped 2010 Crown Vic. See already released videos demonstrating this setup running 7 PSI and 1.37 VE on a Ford 4.6L 2 Valve.
    In this video we are continuing fabrication on the Lower Intake Manifold, which is the most time consuming and tedious part of the project. We begin fabrication on the first adapter plate required, which will be TIG welded into the 1993 Crown Vic Intake manifold we are modifying.
    We also complete the Crankshaft Drive Pulley for the Supercharger and determine Belt spacing and Supercharge placement on the Intake Manifold, as well as Supercharger Snout modifications to clear the Alternator. Later in the build I remember that I can just clock the Alternator Output Stud towards the passenger side 1 set of bolt holes and it no longer is necessary to TIG in a piece of aluminum angle iron as shown.
    In Part V we:
    - Continue fabrication on the Lower Intake
    - Begin fabrication of the Upper Adapter Plate
    - Adapt the Supercharger Housing to install Throttle Body Elbow to the back end of the Supercharger Housing.

    Awesome video! I just got my edelbrock intake and can’t wait to start cnc work on the Intercooler and adapter plates. Thanks for displaying the info for the airways, that will make my work much easier.

      So you are cutting up an Edelbrock 28385 intake?

      @ConnorHuet หลายเดือนก่อน

      My plan is to not cut it up, but if I have to I will. If the hood has to be cut then I can cut that instead, might be cool to have a hood scoop or supercharger sticking out.

      @@ConnorHuet watch the videos by the Make Cool Stuff channel. He didn’t run the bypass valve though. I think he did similar to what you want to try.
      I think you will have to run a hood scoop. By the time you put the supercharger on the Edelbrock manifold with your adapter plate. It will be too high and will hit the hood.
      If you’re ok with that then that will work well. But I didn’t want to cut the hood lol.

      Ya I saw that video, I think I might be able to get around cutting the hood, I can make lifters for it and cut out the internal supports, but at the end of the day, a good hood scoop would look rad.

      @@EastDallasKicksby triton motor do you mean the truck engines from a F150? It’s the same as a crown Vic it would bolt on. Same motor. Intake gaskets are interchangeable.

      @@bpbuilds Yeah I figured they were the exact same when it comes to tritons and vics..when people used to say Vics had mustang motors I used to think don't they really have tritons haha. Been a couple days since I watched the video but didn't you have to fab an intake midplate for the supercharger to bolt too?

      @@EastDallasKicks yes it’s coming out in next video
      I think what you’re thinking about is the Romeo vs Windsor 4.6 engines.
