How I one tree Hammock hang

Hello Everyone and Welcome!
Today I go on a solo trip to try and hang my hammock using only 1 tree. I will be testing a theory I have to accomplish this. I have seen many videos where people use a bipod and guy it to the ground behind it. I have a spot in mind that is very close to the water and I can't get behind to guy out a bipod. I want to build a tripod and set a ridge pole from that to a tree, tie it off so they can't move. Suspending my hammock between the 2.
