      Kai mitchel science has it that anytime the hands are involved especially overhead your heart rate goes up

      I suppose if would not be much help if you are a super athlete, but it is good cardio for many, without risking injury.

    I won't lie, i tried their 40mins home full body workout following by weight training at home, 4-5 days a week with one meal a day and lost like 6 kilos in 4 weeks. Not even going to the gym i'm amazed how well it worked.

      Jesus one meal sounds real bad. It is completely possible to eat 3 full course meals (if you eat healthy) and still loose weight. One meal means not much nutrition is going into you..you'll loose more than the body can make and some vitamins cant even be made.

      @@blueshoes5145 One meal a day is perfectly fine. It doesn't matter how many times you eat a day, as long as you're getting the calories in. OMAD is very doable. I've been doing it for years and am perfectly healthy!

    I tried this at home and this is what
    happened
    Day 1:Im gonna die...My whole body hurts😭
    Day 2:Same as Day 1😭
    Day 3:It became much easier😉
    Day 4:I realized how weak are my my arms🤣
    Day 5:Im kinda loosing weight
    Day 6 and Day 7 is great
    And thats it..I kinda lose 5 kg💖💖
    And sorry for my bad english...Im korean but i just wanna do it ib english so😅.....

    I recently discovered these videos while searching for HILI workouts. That was too months ago. Consistently, I do these at least three times a week. My waistline has shrunk. My weight is still the same but I am down one size and my clothes feel loose again. Thank you guys! Keep up the great work. SMG

    I added 3 pound weights to most of the exercises and I feel great. Sweating profusely and feeling like I spent 20 minutes doing a HIIT workout.

    Like the workout very much. It fits with my schedule and capacity.
    It may be ok in Korean culture. But was it appropriate when 4 men were half naked while working out with a lady?

    Thanks for a great workout. This 20 mins became the new 40 mins, I'm pouring with sweat. Was going to skip because it's late but glad I didn't, better late than never. Don't quit is my new motto.

      Why do you think people wear flip flops in the summer? because feet tend not to sweat when they are bare. It's when they are incased in footwear that they sweat because they get no air. Even when i workout at home if I'm barefoot they're not sweating. They tend to be fine.
