Why no one switches the dip switches on the MADI card so you have USB first? Then you would not need to do all those messy calculations to discover which channel is which. No one mention that possibility anywhere and it is super simple and possible.

Have all the right cables and connectors but not getting aes ebu out from si impact to a blackmagic switcher. Do I have to do something in the si menu?

I did not get one point, why not send the master outputs of the DAW to the stage, intead of having to mix the input, then mix on the DAW and then Mix again the Output? I do not get the logic on that.

I wish I could use these techniques... for your UI series mixers.... i know you can with the UI24r but that sucks.... THE UI ENTIRE series.....!!!!! would be awesome

I saw on level B you routed back to the console for playback using from channel 16 . Is it possible to route on the same channel example 1 and still route it for playback ?

I question. If I was to use a digital stage box, could I record from the usb on the mixer that is from ch 33-34?

Yes, you can do this. Channels 1-32 would be used for the MADI digital snake routing, and Channels 33-64 could be used for the USB computer recording.
