    I gave up my boring, mentally stressing two hour weight training program at the gym after three years. I am now at home addicted to your weights and cardio workouts! I do one cardio and one strength training video three times a week, I am seeing results and actually enjoying it. I am in a better mental state and that says a lot! Thank you for all you do!

    Thank you so much for creating these videos and workouts! At this particular time in my life, low impact and steady cardio has terrific results on my mind, body and spirit! I’ve lost over half an inch in three weeks, my stamina for cardio has greatly improved and these videos just fly by.     this was soooo amazing! I added a pair of 1 kg dumbbells for the first and last 10 minutes 😍😍I love how you go straight to the point/exercise, no unnecessary talk and that you keep your promise of 30 mins (or whatever the duration is); I really dislike when someone posts a video of 15 mins and then it ends up being only 13 mins actually...yep, I have OCD 😅😅😅

    Again, surprised at how many calories I burn just doing your form of walking. 244 active calories, 120bpm average heart rate with a high of 133bpm. I was watching American football while doing it tonight which made it where I could get in shape while watching TV so thank you very much for making this workout not only available but easy to follow.

    Love this one Olivia... I have 2 friends joining in with me. One never had Children as I haven't she lost 18 lbs and wants to give up "she has a little skin on her tummy sagging" I told her it would tighten up. HELP ME MOTIVATE HER TO KEEP GOING. She sees I have NO skin hanging and thinks shes doomed. I was in good shape to start. With your help I am amazed the shape you have helped me gain... I look so forward to your response. I have to keep Kathy going... HELP....... she is looking so good we can't let her give up now... I told her it takes time, but, IF YOU TELL HER, maybe that would encourage her more... Lots of love~

      Hi, it’s a tough one. From experience having been through 3 pregnancies I can totally understand the worry and frustration. I could give false hopes and promises but I think being honest is imperative.
      Lose skin can’t disappear with any amount of exercise. More weight loss will lead to more lose skin. Saying that I would focus on muscle mass gain to compensate for the loss of fat, thus giving the body a better composition. That seems to work for me.
      Also perhaps stressing the importance of exercise beyond physical appearance could work? Feel free to reach out on IG.

      Thank you. She doesn't have children, she just gained weight in her tummy. She was never that big maybe 35" waist? Now she is probably 29" I appreciate your response. I get it about "false hope" Its not like she was super obese, I believe it should shrink WITH TIME, it won't be quick, she just never seen her abs and they are starting to show. When she seen the VERY little skin she said her tummy looked better solid no cellulite now she has it...Thank you... You look great Olivia NOBODY would ever think you had Children.. I am sure your Children are amazing Blessings to you and yours @@oliviafitlawson
