EVs are not the solution and all there new products are electric and this is where they are late to game as all the other auto makers have already realized they are not the answer or profitable horrible foresight and mot knowing their core market or customer base
Just about every company that has merged with others dies. Here in the Uk we used to have British Leyland that had screwed every good car manufacturer in the previous 40 years and they in turn failed because the management was not interested in creating new more advanced models but stuck with ancient engines and ancient gearboxes and providing they share holders were okay that was all that mattered. Once BL and the unions got to grips with things it was the end of the British car manufacturers. Similar stuff with Rootes that eat all that was left in the market and disappeared too. The situation will be the same with Stelantis. Make poor engineering and the public knows!
Jeep/Dodge/Ram always made their money selling cheaply made, overpriced vehicles to naive buyers who needed long-term financing and who didn’t give a crap about fuel economy or longevity.
@@brucebeamon5460 Glad you had a good experience. I've owned several and they were by far, the worst vehicles I've ever owned. My brother owned a RAM. Biggest gas pig ever. My cousin had the mini-van. In the shop every two months. No more and certainly not worth Mercedes/Lexus prices.
going all out on EVs is the problem. A lot of money was spent on the conversion to EVs only to find we aren't buying them. The ICE vehicles are keeping them afloat.
You don't need a CEO to bankrupt a company, just hire a homeless junkies and pay him/her $350 million dollars and he'll bankrupt the company overnight 😊😊😊😊.
I have a 2006 3/4 ton Ram two wheel drive. It has cruise control and air but no power windows or electric door locks. It is so plain and boring. I love my truck. It is so rusty it is almost in rags. I sit and stare at it wondering how I'll replace it. I don't want to replace it. Kind of a Lee Iacocca truck. Can't someone build a vehicle like that? Especially with everyone either strapped or think they are? There is no extravagant purchasing by anyone! If it goes on long enough the car companies will wish they'd paid attention
Oh Chrysler and jeep and Chrysler should just drop your prices instead of playing games with the with the customers a fair price for a good truck to me I'm 71 years old a fair price for a good truck would probably be in $50,000 all in then you wouldn't see all this inventory
We don't care about electric vehicles. Ram, Jeep, Dodge, and Chrysler are so grossly overpriced, and the buying public is fed up. Even Ford is abandoning all electric vehicles. BRING THE PRICES DOWN NOW. Stelantis's head up their corporate approach, was if sales are falling, charge more per vehicle. Dumber than a box of rocks.
Go Ahead!! Keep pushing Electric and Loose your Ass! Cars ppl want are too expensive because it takes this profit to build their EV Shit! Lower the Prices, eat the Loss and build what ppl Want! Haven't they learned yet? After 100 years of building cars!!
EVs aren't killing Stellantis...it's saving them from even more heartache because not many want one. Just look at FORD and GM...Ford is being crushed by poor EV sales and of course major poor quality. Stellantis needs more hybrids perhaps. I am not getting rid of my 20 Tundra for a RAM. 2nd gen Tundra is way higher quality.
🤔 behind in the EV production 😒 perhaps that’s one ONE THING that’s good to know , WHO WANTS or would be able to AFFORD them even if they did have a selection to choose from ?
Maybe you should fix some of the problems with these vehicles...like the corrosion issues...since 2018 and you haven't figured it out yet...so many are trading in their jeeps for broncos...jeeps gotta be embarrassed...
Teslas are also catching fire. EV cars sucks, put a hellcat engine in a gladiator and see how they sell like hotcakes! The Wagoner is not worth over 100k.
Sorry. EV isn’t ready….dont want to go on a trip and run out of juice. Keep your EV for now. And when it can overcome range issues then give me a call.
Glad I bought my Ram 3500 in 2018 When they were way less expensive and better built. They should sell Dodge/Ram to the Dodge Heir that offered to buy it.
This video doesn’t even mention the brand new Dodge Hornet, the SUV that isn’t even selling! 🙄 And Not everyone loves Jeep, I hate that brand of vehicle!
RAM JEEP and Dodge. We want Small beautiful affordable Electric Cars. BYD Seagull Wuling Bingo Dongfeng Box Changan Benni. And Nio Onvo Battery Swapp System. 20.000 dollar.😊
Start the fix by cancelling all plans for EV's. Such vehicles are charged with insanity.
They need to eliminate their DARE FORWARD 2030 plan to go all electric
The CEO drove the company in bankruptcy.
They cannot sell a $20,000 vehicle for $100,000. It's their own fault.
And they are junk om top of it.
LOL.... EVs are whats killing Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep... Not vice versa....
FCA is garbage
EVs are not the problem… forget them - make practical, reliable affordable vehicles!!! ICE vehicles!!
OMG! Selling overpriced vehicles of average or lesser quality at best. Who could have seen this coming?
Just shocked it didn't happen decades ago !
Do not buy the overprice junk.
Not a junk. I love my 2022 ra Laramie. If you do not know cheaper than GM and Ford
Agree 100%, almost everyone I had was a real POS. That's why I stopped buying them.
The CEO has a GOLDEN PARACHUTE, he does not even care.
They need an American CEO
what electric vehicle usa market?
75% of consumers don’t want them.
😂😂😂 !
I would say he was given the task to destroy the company from inside
You ain’t right people in America don’t want a ev considering they catch fire and that’s real bad fire
EVs are not the solution and all there new products are electric and this is where they are late to game as all the other auto makers have already realized they are not the answer or profitable horrible foresight and mot knowing their core market or customer base
The “BIG DEAL” of electric vehicles in the market is that fact that we don’t want em if they make em that would be a huge mistake and waste of money
I was under the assumption that they JACKED UP the prices of the ice vehicle’s to pay for the production of the ( FOOLISHLY MANDATED ) EV’s

SOME OF US ( WERE ) actually FANS of there vehicles ! And PREFERRED THEM OVER other brands !

I wouldn't take anything from Stalantis, even if it was free !!
Me too.
This guy keeps repeating the same thing about great deals. This video is 💩.
There is no great deal. I have been checking in my state. All dealers have 2 to 5 Laramie.

Good by Shitllantis
Well, at least you can exit some of the Jeeps quickly if it catches fire......no doors.
Over priced vehicule
Don’t worry, you Americans will bail them out….again and again and again.
Hope not, this is there mess.
Probably not they're not an American company anymore ask Carlos

Jeeps and Dodge are absolutely great cars at a new car price of about $20k. 🙄
All they ever have been.

I will pay 5k for a new truck

Good job with this information…

Ev s are not selling.
This video sounds like an advertisement to go out and purchase a piss poor quality Jeep, Dodge, or Ram.
Yawn. No sleep loss from me. If they were still around I still never would buy another one.
NO EV'S
This video just keeps repeating itself. Could have been a two minute vid
Foreigners trying to turn American icons into European eco crap. On top of ridiculous price tags?
It is just some random company founded in 2021 to love money not cars
He is talking about Jeep fire. How about Testela?
Just one more thing missing. Stellantis goes woke…
RAM JEEP and Dodge. We want Small beautiful affordable Electric Cars. BYD Seagull Wuling Bingo Dongfeng Box Changan Benni. And Nio Onvo Battery Swapp System. 20.000 dollar.😊
Please don't include me in that "WE"...I will never drive a EV...going woke isn't in my DNA
Hail Dorothy, the wicked warlock is dead.
So where is the demand for electrification.
Google said they had 25% increase in sales ?
Fire the CEO!!!
junk
