This video did not need to be 18 minutes long first of all their biggest trouble is their reliability issues on all their car companies. Looking at consumer reports there has not been one company they recommend of any of their brands that should tell him something do a better job at building them and making sure they’re reliable and maybe your sales will go up

The only thing farmers can do is change oil, filter, etc. even the influencer making this video is locked out of the computers of their vehicles. It is not about just resetting a computer. It's about adjusting keys in the electronic system. The electronic system was designed to reduce operation time. Otherwise they could go back to older equipment and a 16 foot no till cultivator. You can fix anything you want cars, trucks, tractors. You mess it up. It will cost you about $200 per hour to fix it, plus the proprietary key downloads to be installed in the electronic system.

The government emission standards and mileage standards are what's responsible for all these crappy cars if we get rid of the government and let the car companies build good engines again linked to good transmissions these ridiculous design problems will end.

Seems like most vehicles will last if you take care of them European cars seem to have more issues with minor things but if people like them so what people know what they are buying

Very good list except two. The Ford Bronco and the Land Rover are bought IMHO more as a brand loyalty or a perception of being wealthy and not for reliability and longevity.

My daughter has a QashQui and all these videos and reputations about CVT’s are keeping me up at night. It’s interesting the amount of Rogue’s in my city, they sell like hot cakes. Rogues, trucks that cost as much as two Rogues, Civic’s and Tesla’s are rampant. BUT, if there are three cars, one of them will be a Subaru Crosstek. It’s amazing.

I noticed no where in this inventory of nightmare vehicles is Toyota listed. Good to know my wife and I are safe with a good Toyota. They are worth the money.

No EV's or hybreds. No fancy innovations. Just a great, reliable fossil fuel vehicle. We used to buy nothing but GM cars but you could count on expensive maintenance bills around 65-70k. No more GM vehicles.

I have a 2009 Jeep Wrangler it has 119,000 miles on it and I have had no major problems with it.

1988 Toyota 4 wheel 16 years 10060 k miles. Have 2003 4wd dodge. Has cost me about 3 grand for maintenance over the years. 21 years, drive train is fine.

My optometrist bought a 2024 Dodge Ram truck. One morning taking his 3 children to school, the brakes went out. He pulled onto the grass easement to slow down, but then the children noticed flames under the truck. They all bailed the truck and ran to safety. The truck burned continiously to the bones. Come to find out, the gas plug built into the fuel tank can hold over a liter of diesel and gets hot and can burn the truck down. Unbelievable!

Another dumb ceo running a great company into bankruptcy. Fire the ceo and make john deere great again. There needs to be a salary cap for ceos. They don't pull their own weight for sure!

The worst part about these troubles is that every manufacturer has known about them for many years. The cvt transmissions from nissan, and cylinder deactivation engines from gm. I dont understand why they do nothing about them. Reliability is the greatest reputation any of them could ever strive for. Less technical assemblies from their pasts had good reputations.

Avoid any car with engine that has Eco or Active on its name

I wouldn’t want anyone of those new vehicles because of the electronics in them they’ve been sitting around unused for two years. Computers & electronics that are hooked up to batteries like that will not work properly. Especially sitting in cold weather or extreme heat. They might as well just crush the vehicles

The clean air act has actually increased emissions per acre/mile when accounting for the increased fuel consumption, raw material mining for the emissions filters, production/transportation of fuel, on engines that were already the least polluting before the emissions got added. Second point on this is Apple and other manufacturers were actually present in the courtroom to help John Deere win lawsuits over right to repair
